I found Harvest very easy and professional to deal with. I conducted a phone screen interview and then a face to face interview with Danni from Harvest and both times found her to be easy to talk to, very thorough in her line of questioning and I felt as though she listened to everything I said. They were prompt in replying to any emails I sent them, and they always called me with any updated information in regards to the job I was applying for. I am glad Harvest conducted the interviews for this job.

The Harvest team were fantastic from day one. From the first minute you meet them you feel like your in amazing hands and work is coming your way. Appalling. I contacted this company re some honest feedback with my resume and assistance re finding a position as prior contact with other HR companies were useless. I explained the situation fully to the first contact and she assured me that she would get back to me with feedback. Didn't happen. I rang again. I then assured by the next contact that I would be informed of feedback after stating that I was happy to fill any position. Still no contact. So , I rang again. Was told they would not have anything for "ex-Police" !!! Clearly no understanding of transferable skills and many years of post grad study and employment in high pressure, highly protected environments requiring sound judgement and problem solving skills. Obviously a lack of lateral thinking and more tunnel vision. Seems to be a pattern with HR companies professing to be professionals

My experience with Harvest has been great! Sean is really easy to deal with and has good knowledge of the businesses he recruits for.

My only suggestion would be to put in an online timesheet system, but Ash is really lovely so it’s not so bad anyway :)
