I think the workforce planning session was great, very informative

I thought the panelists were great. The information provided was useful and I enjoyed listening to the conversation. The discussion regarding the particular topic did not commence until 10am (after networking and introductions). Obviously we are all short for time these days so perhaps would prefer to see the discussion commence closer to the time of 9.30am. Thank you for initiating these conversations in Geelong.

Interviews and offer in a week!!

Amazing process where I was able to be interviewed internally by Harvest HR and then externally two days later, and got offered the role 12 hours after that. Attentive, supportive and above all very professional.

What we did was great. Melanie Kearsey used good exercises to get her points across. I would have liked more time and smaller groups.
