Buying a mattress online is no easy task but all the info on the website reassured us enough to take the plunge. We went for the Silk and Cashmere mattress (regular firmness) and it is absolutely beautiful. We've been wanting to change to more natural materials so this was a great choice for us. Delivery was right on time and they took away the old mattress which is always a great bonus. After a few days of adjusting to it, I can honestly say we've never slept better. It offers great support, so no more shoulder and neck pain in the mornings! This was a great investment, highly recommend.

In a world of fake promises, our mattress from Harry Benmore was a complete breath of fresh air. We replaced our one of those rolled then over time sunken memory foam mattresses which we hadn't realised was gradually causing pain, that first night on our new HB mattress actually brought the wife to tears (happy ones... I think) and the biggest lay-in I've known her to have (I got up normal time to paint the front door, green before you ask). Apart from that it was personally delivered by Harry and I can confirm he is exactly as he comes across on video, genuine, honest and does what he says. Can't recommend enough. Off for a snooze now.

Great customer service. Good price. Excellent quality mattress. Looked for a mattress for a long time but prices for a good quality mattress were ridiculous. (I'm a bit like the princess and the pea). Also getting a split superking was near impossible and £££. Harry sorted us out. No nonsense easy transaction delivered to the 3rd floor bedroom and old mattress taken away. Fantastic mattress. Highly recommend.

We bought a mattress from Harry 3 weeks ago and couldn't be more pleased. The whole experience was brilliant. We'd visited a very well respected department store a number of times to try and understand what type of mattress we wanted, and left each time none the wiser. Then we went to see Harry and got really helpful, honest and personal advice. The mattress was delivered really quickly by Harry's team who were also great. Harry is highly recommended and the mattress is extremely comfortable. We're looking forward to many more good night sleeps.

Given the importance of sleep and the longevity of the decision, finding the right mattress can seem like a tough decision. This is why I actually took the time to go to Harry's showroom and find out more info. It was time well spent because Harry was kind enough to show me all the options in an honest and non "salesy" way. He was not trying to flog me the most expensive option and I'm certain I could not have gone wrong whichever choice I made. All of his mattresses are exceptionally well made and after almost a month of sleeping on mine I can confirm it's comfy as hell!!!! He was even good enough to answer a few additional questions I had via email and the delivery process was seamless. So now I will rant enthusiastically about my new mattress to anyone in earshot. I'm no fun at parties but I tell you what, I am not losing sleep over it!

Yes there are bigger companies to buy mattresses from, but… Harry Benmore is a small company that doesn’t need to spend on expensive advertising which would then be added to the price of the mattress. That’s why bigger companies are more expensive! Oh and Harry Benmore’s mattresses are absolutely comfortable, so much so I have difficulty getting my wife out of bed in a morning. It’s actually an afternoon struggle now! Thanks Harry Benmore.

Great mattress, great customer service, and they remove and recycle your old mattress completely for free. What’s not to like?! Would definitely recommend.

Truly excellent company to deal with. Harry was happy to answer my endless questions before purchase; the delivery was seamless to our third floor flat (no lift) and the mattress itself is very comfortable. After a month of use I can say that the mattress is more comfortable than the unroll from a box type I have used before. Also great value for money. A good purchase.
