Removed the old mattress and all with a smile.
All in all a service you just don't get anymore.

We bought the Alpaca mattress and we are delighted with it. We got the ‘firm’ and it is just right. There’s plenty of support and it feels luxurious; firm and comfortable.

Buying a mattress can be an anxious experience. The last time I bought one was a decade ago. It’s not something you do every day! After the first night’s sleep all concerns were gone and two weeks later I’ve never slept better. Would recommend without hesitation!

Just bought a mattress from Harry Benmore. First of all the mattress is amazing, really comfortable and I have slept really well since delivery. The whole process from ordering to delivery was completely stress free and not complicated. The mattress was delivered sooner than promised. The delivery guys were polite and efficient, not only taking my old mattress but taking all the packing from the new mattress and putting the new mattress on my bed frame. Thanks for a great product and making everything so stress free.

Managed to find Harry Benmore online and couldn’t be happier - we went to his showroom one weekend to try a few mattresses as we had specific requirements. Harry took the time to show us a few options he had and we made some adjustments needed to one mattress just to make sure it met our requirements. Both mattresses were delivered within the agreed timeframes and the delivery team was great.
I’ve been sleeping on this mattress now for over 2 weeks and absolutely love it - best sleep I’ve had in a while! Definitely recommended to anyone!

I was so pleased to find a small British business making natural mattresses, and at a good price too. Having slept on it for the first time last night I can say it’s so comfortable and I slept like a log all night, and woke up without the backache I’ve gotten used to. Communication, customer service and delivery were first class so I really recommend Harry if you’re in the market for a new mattress.

Comfortable mattress and it apppears very well made. Harry answered my e mails very promptly and was very helpful. Mattress was delivered as promised at the exact time given, by very courteous and careful delivery men. Absolutely fantastic service from Harry. I ordered our mattress on the Monday and he delivered it himself on the Saturday. Delivery and disposal of the old one was free, which other larger companies charge for. I would much rather support a smaller local British business which is what swung my decision and the personal service from Harry second to none.
The mattress itself is brilliant, I havnt slept so well in months. I would and have recommended Harry to anyone looking for a new mattress!

The personal touch made all the difference. I love that Harry called me to chat about the Hybrid Pro mattress I was interested in. As a result, I felt more confident about my purchase. The delivery team were very patient considering they had to maneuver a king size mattress up a serpentine staircase to my loft bedroom and I love that they took away my old mattress for disposal. One of my goals for 2025 was consistently getting a good night sleep. Happy to report that the mission has been accomplished. Also I love that the product is manufactured in the UK. The fewer miles the better.

I've only just received my mattress so it's still early days, but Harry was amazing throughout!
He guided us and advised us.
The prices of his mattress are very competitive versus what you'd find in a high-street retailer, for the same quality (if not better!).
It was super convenient to be able to go to Harry's family store to check the mattresses out (a bit of a way out outside London for me but it was great to get some reassurance on what I was buying).
The making and delivery was much faster than what I could have got in another store also, which was important for me. So overall, win win!

Honestly the best customer service I have experienced on a long time. Harry took time to listen to my needs and offer the best suggestion, was very accommodating with delivery times and dates and the delivery guys were fantastic as well. Sleeping like a baby on our new mattress.

Very impressed, a good amount of products, a lot of the big brands have too much to choose from, Harry has streamlined this and makes it easy to purchase, post that he gave some great advice and personal service, always happy to support a British business.
Will definitely be recommending, a partnership with a home improvements provider like Beams or a bed making company would be good.

To start with there was no hard sell or pressure. Harry first came up on my Facebook page and as I was looking for a new mattress I checked him out quite thoroughly as I felt it was prudent to do that. Everything checked out, I watched his video a couple of times and then chose the hybrid mattress as it best suited my needs.I did message Harry a few times with related queries and he was quick to respond, also what helped to swing it for me was the free delivery and taking away my old mattress for free. I don't know any of the bigger companies that do that. Harry also delivered my mattress last Sunday, 2nd March, so it was also good to meet him in person. I'm really pleased with the mattress and would not hesitate to recommend Harry.

We needed a new mattress, a sprung one rather than foam this time. The idea of buying from someone who was happy to chat to us and let us try the whole range was attractive. Of course we could have gone to John Lewis - nothing much wrong with them - but supporting local business' is important too. Free delivery and removal of the old one was a bonus...oh and the mattress itself? It's a definite improvement on our old Emma.

Very satisfied with the mattress we ordered. It is very deep, well made and so comfortable. Perfect for the both of us and the men that delivered it were polite and did a great job of getting it up our stairs and taking our old one away. Very happy with the customer service and will definitely be recommending you for anyone looking to purchase a new, very reasonably priced, mattress.
