We are in the process of acquiring a new commercial premises and given its age and condition we required a full schedule of condition to be carried out. Faye was able to attend the property in a very short period of time and the final report, which was very detailed, was with me very quickly. Faye was able to talk me through the report, advise on works which should be carried out prior to taking on the lease and even the wording to include in the lease so we can protect ourselves in the future. A very complete professional service from a very friendly team, highly recommended.

Great communication throughout the process. The inspection was completed very promptly (2 days after I gave the instruction to proceed) and the report was completed very soon after the inspection (the following day).

The report gave the right level of detail in areas that merited further explanation, and kept things simple elsewhere.

Tim offered a call to answer any questions I had - an offer I'm glad I accepted as he was able to provide some further insights which helped my decision making process.

Tim from Harrison Clarke provided us with an incredibly thorough and conscientious survey on our house. At every stage of this and beyond HC have been helpful and responsive in getting the work done in a professional manner that really considered our needs as clients. I compare this to survey's that I have had in the past and it was twice as in depth (I've counted pages :) ), twice as helpful and unflinchingly interrogative. Tim also was patient enough to have a post report catch up to explain any of the more tricksy points with understanding and expertise. To top it all off HC were able to complete the survey 4 weeks earlier than their competition despite travelling slightly further afield to do so. We booked on a recommendation from a friend and will be recommending HC to anyone that asks us whether we know a surveyor.

Tim was fantastic throughout my property purchase. He carried out a thorough report on the property and was on hand thereafter to discuss any issues. He was very quick to reply to emails, messages and phone calls and was always willing to help and go the extra mile. Buying a house is very stressful but with Tim on board, he gave us one less thing to worry about.

Tim was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of my Level 3 Building Survey. Having initially been quoted 3-5 weeks turnaround for this type of survey by some larger firms, I am extremely pleased to say the entire process (from me initially reaching out to a finished survey arriving in my inbox) was complete in 9 days, which is an incredibly fast turnaround, especially in the current environment.

Everything was complete in the report to a very high level of detail, and specific tailored attention was given to certain aspects I flagged for some digging into. Tim was also available after I had a chance to read through the report to ask any questions I had, and answered everything in an in-depth yet understandable manner.

All-in-all, I would not hesitate to recommend this firm, and from this experience would not get a survey done elsewhere in future.

Fantastic service right from initial enquiry through to survey report delivery. I phoned on a Thursday and had survey booked for the following Tuesday (I was quoted lead times of 3+ weeks from other suppliers).
Report was received 2 days after the Home Buyers inspection - extremely thorough and Tim took the time to answer questions on the phone. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable chap. Would highly recommend.

Survey booked within a week and report returned within 3 days. Although nothing major (luckily!) was identified, the report is very thorough and will help us to prioritise work when we move in.

Harrison Clarke was recommended to us by another surveyor as we had a tricky property to survey.

We spoke to Faye, who demonstrated great knowledge and provided some honest information. She managed to book a survey for us within just a few days, when multiple surveyors had told us there was an industry-wide delay of 3 weeks.

Tim carried out the survey, wrote an incredibly thorough report, and provided great aftercare when challenged by the developer on a few points of contention.

We felt so supported by this team, they took the hassle out of this process and advocated for us in matters far beyond our skill set, I’d recommend them to anyone requiring this service.

After being let down by another surveyor at very short notice I was put in contact with Harrison Clarke and they did everything they could to accommodate a level 3 survey for us ASAP, arranging it on a Saturday pm outside of usual working times to suit my vendor. The quote was competitive, all communications were clear and professional and we received the full report within 3 working days. This was incredibly thorough and any issues were followed with a helpful narrative for how they could be resolved.
