Ben communicated clearly at all times, was highly patient with delays to actioning the survey and gave clear and simple explanations that were easily understood. Highly professional, knowledgeable and a really nice guy. Arnold & Baldwin were good, Ben was great.

Ben has been fantastic from start to finish with our private house survey. He regularly checked in to see how we were getting on, made sure we understood each step of the process, and always asked if we needed anything. He was incredibly easy to reach, friendly, and genuinely understanding throughout. His support made the whole experience much smoother. Highly recommend.

I paid for a level 3 survey and was glad that I did. Ben Hall's report was detailed as you would expect and was promptly issued. Also appreciated the phone call after he had done the survey. I doubt a level 2 survey would have flagged things which a level 3 survey did and as a result it gave me peace of mind.

If I could give NO stars I would. Paid £££ for a Level 2 survey on a property I was buying. They did NOT use a damp meter just did it by eye. I bought the property on this information only to find that the property was riddled with damp. Cost me £38k to fix and apparently they are not at fault. So may as well have thrown my money down the drain. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Arnold and Baldwin. Run a mile

Towards the end of last year Alex Graham (surveyor) conducted a RICS Level 3 Home Survey at a property that I was purchasing at that time. He subsequently and swiftly provided me with an exceptionally thorough and enlightening report. Alex’s comprehensive findings and expert opinion played a pivotal role in my decision in relation to the property. I was and remain extremely grateful to Alex for this. Also his colleagues, including Sam Williams, at Arnold and Baldwin were incredibly helpful and quick in relation to their communications with me, so I was and am very thankful to them for this too.

Arnold and Baldwin provided us with a surveyor when we purchased our first home in the Salisbury area. They offered a very reasonable price for our level 2 survey. Alex Graham conducted out survey and it was extremely detailed and thorough. The report was well played out and easy to understand. We later had need to discuss a particular matter with Alex and he was nothing but helpful and professional, giving us really useful advice on our issue. Couldn't recommend enough.

Highly recommended. I used their services for a survey on my new home purchase in February 2026, including a drone inspection as advised to assess the roof condition.

I was particularly impressed with the senior surveyor, Collett Mosudisa. He was professional, approachable, and extremely helpful, especially when I was unsure about which survey to choose and what it would involve. On the day of the survey, Collett personally called me to explain the process and check if I had any specific concerns regarding the property.

I received the full report within just two working days. While the report was detailed and quite extensive, I initially found it a bit overwhelming. However, after speaking with Collett again, he took the time to walk me through the key points, especially highlighting the critical risk areas that required attention.

That said, I did find the sales team slightly pushy and keen to secure payment quickly. Nonetheless, the overall experience was very positive and worthwhile.

Kudos to Collett for his excellent support throughout my home-buying journey.

Arnold & Baldwin were extremely professional and helpful the whole way through the process. Sam was excellent from the initial call to help me understand the best survey required for my needs up until post survey making sure everything had gone smoothly.

I have used this company twice now, both times to obtain a RICS survey of my property whilst in the conveyancing process. The response time to all queries was exceptional (I am currently in the process of buying and selling a flat and this definitely isn't the norm!!), I have replies often with an hour or so. Grace was really helpful via email and really went out of her way when I explained that I was on somewhat of a tight timeframe due to a complication in my sale. She kindly contacted Alex who was due to have an admin day and between them they squeezed me in the very next day, which was also the day before the Easter weekend. Alex was professional and very quick to produce the report. I received the completed report the next working day - absolutely brilliant service. Would recommend, 10/10 and will use again should I need to.

I received a very thorough and comprehensive report for my level three survey. Included in the service was a follow up consultation with the attending surveyor. This enabled me to interpret some of the more complex points raised and ask plenty of questions.
All in all, very impressed with the service.

Smooth experience with a Level 2 survey on a flat purchase. Our surveyor Ashley was great. Alongside the report, I appreciated that he reached out to discuss any questions and provide additional context to the formal findings. Survey cost was competitive, and the report was still comprehensive. Overall would recommend.
