Received order all good. However, I need to return for a different size... I've emailed their support email and had no reply.

Size was not as expected. Asked for return, turns out that Harringtonoxford is not in Oxford. Decided to take a 20% refund to save the hassle of sending back to China, but still waiting to hear back from reply 10 days ago.

No replies to emails no updates so non existent customer service

The quality of the products is really shocking. It’s basically Temu quality. Absolutely awful.

Poor quality clothing. Cheap materials. Complained and arranged to return to China through my business at my expense. Goods were allegedly destroyed by the courier as the address would not accept. No credit issued, now don't reply to any of my emails. Avoid.

Please DO NOT order anything from this company and website as this is fake and Chinese based company that has nothing to do with Oxford. The quality is very bad, cheap made, the fabric is of very low quality. The products do NOT look like the photos. They do NOT order free returns and you end up either paying for shipment or keeping the rubbish you received. BAD SCAM!!!!!

The trousers were described throughout in both the web site and emails as "Linen". When the arrived I checked inside and, as they appeared to be, they are 100% POLYESTER.
I am expecting a 100% refund. How Harrington Oxford get them back is up to them.
This is a con and, apart from expecting an immediate refund, I have no further interest.

The jacket I ordered was incorrectly described. I have now been informed I can return (after waiting 5 days for confirmation) but have to pay expensive international shipping costs myself. This is unfair and totally unacceptable as the fault lies with the company for incorrect information on their website.
I could not recommend this seller unless shipping costs are reimbursed

The item I bought was too small and also not as described very poorly put together I think they buy cheap items from china or somewhere and then resell would not recommend to anyone, also if you return a item you will be waiting for your refund for approximately 6 weeks

Worst online shopping platform. Never came across such dodgy business in many years of online shopping. I wanted to return something that was of wrong size and terrible quality, instead of providing the return label, they just asked me to return it to an address in China at my own cost which was going to cost me nearly £50 which is more than the actual price of the product. Their website doesn't mention this return policy rather asks to contact the customer service which doesn't get back to you straight away and advices you either to accept a small percentage of refund or send it back to china. I would strongly suggest everyone to stay away from this company as it has already been reported to the trading standards.

The product was great the packaging couldn’t be used as the gift as it was badly battered, besides that they arrived after my husbands birthday.

Waited 12 days, Wrong items sent. Returns email and phone not responding

Delivery took over two weeks

No customer service - phone is not answering, emails being ignored, product quality so poor clearly from cheap Chinese factory!

Still waiting for someone to reply to my many emails asking for details to return as they only have one email address and a phone number that doesn’t work!

Ordered a pair of grey oxfords, photo on website had tan soles which would be perfect for my wedding outfit, unfortunately when they arrived the soles were bright pink, I reached out to customer services who responded quickly and asked for photos of the item to be able to resolve the issue, I responded immediately but customer services went quiet for over 4 days and upto this review still no response even to repeated messages

I ordered a bag from the web site with the colour brown and received a Coffee coloured bag. I asked for it to be exchanged it was refused. Reason given was difference was down to lighting.
Not acceptable so requested three days ago full refund.
No response.

Having put in for 2 orders 10 days ago - neither have been received. No surprise to learn that Evri is the delivery service!
