When I asked to return for a refund I'm given an address in CHINA you people are the worst I have ever come across you should be ashamed of yourselves

Having put in for 2 orders 10 days ago - neither have been received. No surprise to learn that Evri is the delivery service!

This company pretends to be British but is based in China. I am not convinced it’s even legal. The product is substandard when it finally arrives and to return it you have to pay shipping to China. Avoid

I would give zero stars if I could. Poor quality product with customer service in China. If you wish to return they want you to pay import duties even if the item is faulty. They try and get you to keep the item by offering 20% discount followed by 30% discount followed by no communications at all when you challenge the returns policy. Below is their comms on returns:

Do not order from them, come from china….sent wrong items, quality is shocking and then don’t get back you about returns so your stuck with the awful items which are wrong anyway… avoid avoid avoid

Ordered 3 shirts...shocking quality...when you try to return them...its China at your own expense...never again...terrible experience...avoid at all costs!!!!

Very poor quality, and sizing for a large jacket laughable , differcult return policy to China, it's going in the bin, £49 down the drain, wouldn't wear it to wash my car!

It is very difficult to return goods to China. You have to complete a customs form at the post office, and the cost of returning even a small parcel is around £27. This makes it very difficult and expensive to return goods that have been purchased.

Quality of product was very poor and sizing guide was too small. Returns process is terrible. Have to send an email to request a return, didn’t realise I would need to complete a form and pay extensive return costs to China, so have given up and will donate the clothes to charity. Will never use this company again.

Shoes have a slightly weird fit. They’re the right size just really long at the toe. Need to return them but the company seems reluctant to do this

Poor experience low communication, chased for delivery time never responded. Delivery times are extremely long compared to other online retailers not even offering a premium paid for faster service. This is really poor in this modern digital e-commerce era would not buy from this company again. Quality is just okay.

I did not like the colour of the shorts as they are more cream than the white in the picture. The overall quality doesnt match the sales picture.
