Received package with one part with a manufacturing defect. The part had a protruding white plastic due to which it could not go inside the side joint. They arranged for a replacement in two weeks and it was in perfect condition. Thank you for the support!

Nice customer service, I got my product pretty on time after it’s back in stock. I only hope the wood it’s better finished considering it’s not cheap, it would’ve be way better it’s the finish is smoother and not as raw, it’s can give you splinters if you are not careful.

Their customer service has been not responsive and unreachable. Perhaps they’re trying to avoid helping fulfill warranty? Part came broken and looking to replace, which they say you can by contacting them. Have not heard a single response.

We absolutely love our playpen! I love that you can make it any size you want. We have moved ours around and it’s so nice to be able to make it bigger or smaller to the fit the space needed. It’s sturdy and very well made.

Baby playpen is amazing. The fact that its wood is incredible for my family that is trying to eliminate and avoid plastics.

I have been searching for the best playpen and I believe it is this one. It is made of wood which is the best material for me than plastic or fabric, cos that means less germs. And the rails do not give off the cagey vibe like the others. Lastly, I love how I can customize and add more rail if I want a bigger space for my baby. Assembly is very easy!

We really like the gate as it is a very good balance in cost and quality. It fits with the current vogue of the natural wood most of our other baby products have. We also had a special request that required shipping of additional parts that was a very positive experience for us and helped a lot.

We bought the HARPPA Baby Gate Playpen for our son and it's absolutely beautiful. We initially purchased the 62*47*24 inch, but then realized we actually wanted a larger space for our kiddo to play. I reached out to customer support to ask for help designing a custom size playpen for us and both Yuri and Mable were so helpful! I am really happy with this product. The play-pen is made of wood, which is important to me -- I am trying to avoid plastic -- and looks attractive. It is sturdy and I like that I can reconfigure it. I am currently looking into reconfiguring the pen into a fence so I can cordon off part of the living room for my baby to play in. Customer service has promised to send some additional connectors, free of charge, to assist with the reconfiguration.
