They are a SCAM!

They are a SCAM!! They advertise things not in stock, take your payment and do not ship item. They do not have a working phone number either. The number on the site is fake. Be ware!! Terrible service. I never got my item, thank goodness I purchased with credit card I could report to.

Looks good, good to the touch but a little flimsy

The wood panels are finished nicely and feel like good quality. However I was disappointed by the plastic parts joining the wood panels together. Especially the straight ones. It leaves a flimsy feeling frame that my child can push back and forth. It was easy to assemble but would like the final structure to be more rigid.

The One star is for the fact that I received it in decent timing and it was already put together.
It feels unsafe, the safety bar is wobbly.
Seems easy to tip.

Excellent customer service and excellent product!

I couldn’t believe it when customer service quickly responded to my “shot in the dark” request to switch the delivery address to my daughter’s home instead of mine a couple days after I had placed the order. They did it happily and shipped it quickly. My grandson loves it and the grayish blue is so tasteful and looks pretty in their
kitchen.

Shipping was fast

Shipping was fast! We had plans to go to an orchard and pumpkin patch with our son and I, not thinking, purchased this at the LAST MINUTE for it. I had put it in my cart ages ago and completely forgot about it. I told my husband that it would probably not come on time and we'd have to carry him most of the day since his stroller isn't all-terrain. Well, this arrived within four business days and I was saved! So awesome! It's also an AMAZING rig and my son (22 months) LOVES IT. We wheeled him around without any fussing for ages. It has room to spare. He's our only baby, so we used the second seat for his diaper bag. Worked perfectly! Thank you, guys!

One of my F pieces is defective

One of my F pieces is defective. It has pre-drilled holes on only one side. I will request a replacement and/or try drilling holes but this issue has already meant the stool has been sitting half assembled for 2 days instead of being a quick 25 minute job.

Update: Harppa did respond very promptly and nicely to a request I made offering to send a replacement part in 15-18 days. I drilled the hole myself instead so I could get it done sooner and do like the stool a lot. It seems study with a broad base and the adjustable levels will be great in a few months.

They fixed MY mistake promptly

I screwed up the order and listed my home as the shipping address instead of son/ daughter-in-law . My backup plan was to UPS my order to my son/ daughter-in-law once it arrived but, I saw a contact at the bottom of my order and sent them a message advising them of my mistake with the correct info and to my surprise they responded the next morning and corrected the order. 😋
I was thrilled and impressed at their promptness. My son/daughter in law’s gift arrived shortly after and they love it!

I ordered through a baby website

I ordered through a baby website. Clicked on the recipients address for it to be delivered there. Instead it was delivered to my house bc you went by the Apple Pay address instead of the website. I reached out and you refused to redeliver to the mom to be. So I lugged it to the Parcel Store in my town and paid $40 more to have it delivered to the right address. Never again Harppa.

We’re truly sorry for the trouble this caused. Normally, we’re able to update the shipping address before the order leaves our overseas warehouse. In this case, because our system is set to ship automatically within 12 hours, the package was dispatched before any changes could be made. Once it was with the carrier, we unfortunately couldn’t intercept it, which is why the address couldn’t be modified.

We understand this led you to spend an extra $40 to get it to the right place, and we’re really sorry for the inconvenience. Our customer service team has already reached out to you to follow up.

Beware of terrible return policy

Beware of terrible return policy! They make the buyer cover return shipping, which was fine with me, but if you keep scrolling to the bottom of the returns page, you'll see they also charge a "25% restocking fee". So many brands care so much more about their customers in today's world than Harppa does. I will not be buying from them again and most definitely will be sharing this information with every young parent I know.

Many baby product brands in the U.S. — including Delta Children, UPPAbaby, and others — also apply restocking fees ranging from 20% to 30% for non-defective returns. The reason behind this is that baby products require the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Once a product has been opened or shipped back, we can’t verify the storage or handling conditions during transit. To strictly follow international infant product safety guidelines, these items must go through an irreversible disposal process, even if they appear unused.

For items that are unused and pass our triple inspection process (packaging integrity, safety check, and hygiene evaluation), we regularly donate them to families in need to avoid waste. This inspection and donation process also incurs significant operational costs.

As a young brand, we’ve chosen to be transparent rather than quietly absorbing or hiding these costs in product pricing. Return shipping and inspection fees together typically account for around 25% of the product price. This is why our policy clearly lists the restocking fee toward the bottom of the page, so that everything is upfront for our customers.

We’re truly sorry this experience felt disappointing, and we appreciate your honesty. Our goal is always to offer the best products for families while staying committed to safety, integrity, and community care. If you have any questions, we’d be more than happy to discuss further.

Safe and well made products

Easy to order. Communication was prompt including update of delivery. Delivery of product was very fast. The crib is top of the line. I have already purchased the large playpen and my grandson loves it which helped make my decision for the crib.

Missing pieces

Product is fine. But pieces were missing and when I contacted I was told that the pieces were out of stock and it would be another 2 weeks.

A wonderful company with amazing…

A wonderful company with amazing customer service. I had an issue with the playpen having some flaws with the gate not opening properly and contact customer service. I received a reply within 24 hrs and had multiple emails with Yuri, who did everything she could to make sure a new gate was sent out asap. An extremely reputable company with great quality pieces and amazing customer service. I will definitely recommend Harppa products to anyone. My baby girl loves her playpen and its aesthetically pleasing also as an added bonus!
