I forgot to check at Trustpilot before buying from this site but I am pleasantly impressed with the speed and cost of goods. I ordered a pump motor on a Sunday and it arrived the following Tuesday. Amazing. I'm glad I took the risk. I haven't had any problems and the rebuilt motor I received was better than what I replaced.

Company was inexpensive, quick to ship and deliver however the product was so poorly made the usefulness was zero. Nesting box pads were so thin there was only one strand of material per item it was like putting paper in the nesting boxes.

Ordering was very easy and the order was delivered quickly!

I decided to order a remote antenna rotator from this company after I had tried to order one from a different company. It was easy to order and was delivered faster than I expected. The rotator works great! Pleased with the whole experience.

They post wrong product images that customers are looking for and email customers only picture image, but not about detail product information. Customers do not know what they are getting until they get the item from the seller. The reason the seller doesn't send detail information about product is preventing customers cancel their order.
You have to pay shipping and return cost. The seller charges 30% restocking fee, gives refund only store credit. Never use this seller. The seller is a kind of scamer.
The seller replied as an excuse that the happening was my fault. However their intention is the customers make mistakes and they get profits from the described product. If it was right product picture, I would buy from local Home Depot.
The price is $15.31 with free shipping.
However the seller price is $24.30 plus $16.00 shipping cost with fault product picture. I was looking for a steel well point and chose a lowest price because the picture was a steel well point.
After some communications I finally got return address by email because I was not able to take return process through their website.
They said changing wrong product picture to right product picture takes a tremendous work. It's not true. It's a very simple step to change a product picture just like we update SNS contents. I wish they update the product picture with right one if they have time to reply on my review as an excuse.
Will I return the product? No, I already dumped it away. Paying $16.00 shipping cost and some store credit after 30% restocking fee on $24.30, how much will I get back as a store credit I will never use? I just kept on going on the communication to get an actual address because I was not able to get an actual address on the seller's website.
Just don't buy a product from the seller. If you have a problem with the product you purchased from them, you will realize you were fooled by the seller.

I was websearching for heavy duty galvanized foundation vent cover/screens. I found exactly what I needed on the Hardware and Moreee website for a great price. Bought a VacMaster unit from them. It lasted less then 5 min and stopped working. Took almost 2 weeks to get the replacement process going with them due to poor communication. then said it was a warranty item and referred me to the manufacturer. Hence 3 months later, no replacement unit told its on back order. I thought Vegas was the place to loss money quick....nope its Hardware & Moree

24 of 48 packs not in manufacturer boxes as requested several times! Disconnect phone calls three times not sure why! Now I realize the hanging up was deliberate! wasted $124 of $248 dollar order not correct! Don't not what else to say but if I can't get assurance ftom owner that I cant get in requested boxes then I will only place small orders! So frustrating took my phone off hook! This is, way I was treated after spending approximately $1000 deplorable treatment! spoke to lead rep at Citi advised to put hold on monies paid for 24 paks and if they don't send out corrected order I Won't release funds $122.33 they must send me product before or concurrently with their paying for return! Bottomline treat customers like crap and get it back as expected! STEVENLARRYKAYE ESQ
