Tradesman appear to be scammers who takes money and leave jobs incompleted and cause damage to property. Do not trust tradesman on this site. They are not insured or professionals, only scammers. And no way of leaving a review of them even to warn others of them. Emailed HaMuch and had no response even.

Hi Naz, sorry to hear about your experience. HaMuch is a free platform connecting homeowners with independent tradespeople, so we're not able to guarantee the standard of work carried out, which is why we recommend getting quotes from a few tradespeople and checking their qualifications and insurance before starting a job. That said, not hearing back from us isn't good enough. Please email us again at info@hamuch.com with the details, we do investigate complaints and will remove tradespeople from the site where issues are confirmed.

That's company build a patio for me
That's company build a patio for me, the finish was very poor. The owner of the company couldn't tell the builder what to do, I also had no say in what I wanted. 10 months later the slabs are loose and dangerous, and I haven't used the patio yet. I sent photos when it was first built but got no response I was totally ignored. Today I sent a txt and I didn't get a reply. It was a cheep purchase.

Spam texts yet again with no opt out - updated 3 months later
Why am I getting unsolicited spam texts from you again? 1. I never signed up with you in the first place 2. I’ve reported you several times and each time they stop for a while then restart
3. Remove my number and I’ll remove this review. A legitimate company with integrity wouldn’t need to scrape the web for phone numbers to make unsolicited spam texts.
Update July '26: I'm STILL getting these spam texts. I emailed your support and surprise surprise - zero response. You've shown here that you're not interested in doing the right thing, you just want it to 'look' like you are. Here is a company with no morals, no integrity and no interest in people.
