Small extension and driveway. Very professional all the way through with an exceptionally polite and friendly team involved in all aspects and delivered on budget with no nasty surprises.

I couldn't be happier with the service from Hamptons! They installed a media wall at my home, and it's absolutely stunning. The craftsmanship is top-notch, the team was professional, punctual and incredibly courteous, clean and tidy. They kept me informed every step of the way, and the final result exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to upgrade their living space!

We had a complete refit of our kitchen and Hamptons have been wonderful from start to finish. We spent a long time on the design with Eraj, who did a brilliant job and was very patient when we kept going back with changes. When it came to the work, everything happened on time and any slight hiccup was dealt with immediately and efficiently. Our fitter Frank was absolutely wonderful. He had to deal with uneven walls and floor, oak beams to cut round and an ugly boiler to hide. All done with expert precision and skill. The end result is a truly beautiful kitchen.

Hampton completed a ground floor extension, garage conversion and a room extension on 1st floor of our house. Project was managed really well, we were kept in the loop and any questions we had along the way, the team was always happy to help us and respond. The team at the site was very polite and both of our neighbours were pleasantly surprised how great the Hampton team managed the works and communicated with them as well.

We chose Hampton Group to remodel our kitchen/dining room/utility room into a big open plan living space. The main benefit was that they could manage every aspect and indeed one person (Tracy) organised the whole project and schedule, taking all the pressure off us. She lined up each trade to come in at the right time and made sure there were no delays. Every tradesman (the builders, electricians, kitchen fitter, flooring and decorators) was highly skilled and did a fantastic job. Thanks especially to Laurie who did an amazing job of designing the kitchen, media wall and utility room. His attention to detail was exceptional and the overall finish was excellent. We would definitely use Hampton Group again and certainly recommend them.

We have used Hamptons for two major projects renovating our victorian house in Balsall Common. First about 18 months ago some interior layout changes including swinging the staircase through 90 degrees, then in 2025 completing our vision by adding pitched roofs in place of flat, replacing a first storey pitched roof completely and opening up spaces to create a generous hallway and a beautiful kitchen. After the first project we did consult other builders, but our experience from the first project meant we chose to stay with Hamptons for the second. Hamptons have all the trades available and are able to bring them on-site as the work demands and the work was always completed with great quality. As expected with complex projects, it took a little longer than the initial timing estimates suggested but the budget was impressivley close.

We chose Hampton to carry out our garage conversion, enabling us to create a utility room and a much larger kitchen. Inevitably, this turned into an involved and lengthy project but at all times the support from Hampton was excellent.
The construction team were very helpful and paid great attention to detail so that things were ready for the kitchen installation.
Which leads us to the exciting part of the project, seeing our new rooms come to life!
The kitchen design process was smooth, enjoyable and the end result delivered the kitchen we had dreamt of.
The installation was expertly carried out, again with great attention to detail right to the end.
Pulling the project together would have been stressful for us but with the project team managing everything for us we were safe in the knowledge that it was being looked after and we always had a reliable point of contact if we needed to ask anything.

Hampton’s were great from start to finish. The team were great at putting together a beautiful design and executing exactly what we wanted in our new kitchen, really taking into consideration the detail and the colour choices. Hampton’t were also very flexible and were able to accommodate all of our amends during design and installation stage. Can’t fault the Hampton group.They turned my under stairs into a coat cupboard and pull out drawers . They were so helpful from the start . They came out to discuss what I wanted and let me know what would look better . They went away to design it. Laurie did an absolute amazing job of designing it and fitting it in .I have an old 1930s house and it was all in keeping with this . It looked better than I could have imagined. Fantastic job. Would highly recommend Hampton.

Our renovation project was executed very well with excellent project management. The team was courteous, professional and helpful. Any issues were constructively resolved and helpful suggestions given to help us achieve what we wanted. A few glitches as expected of any project did happen however these were dealt with in a professional manner to a satisfactory outcome.

Brilliant service. Project managed and completed our garage conversion into utility space and playroom for our children. Understood our budget and adapted plans to accommodate, without compromising on finish. They even managed to decorate and arrange for carpeting at short notice to ensure that work was completed in time for Christmas. A big thank you to the team for their work!

We had fitted wardrobes from Hampton group I can’t fault them the wardrobes are amazing they were efficient professional can’t believe how quick they were I cannot praise them highly enough I would highly recommend them they also fitted a new window for us and that was the same

I was reomended to use the Hampton Group and it was a great recommendation. The initial design was with Eraj who did a great job in designing the kitchen. Gary was the fitter and again did a perfet job and kept the kitchen clean and tidy whie fitting. The whole team was great.The end product is amazing.

The installation of our Belsay Cashmere kitchen has brought us immense pleasure. The journey to Worcester may have been long, there may have been ‘ bumps’ along the way but the manner in which challenges were resolved met with our approval.
Keira ,dispatched the warranty promptly.

We chose ‘ Hampton’ after seeing their exhibition stand at ‘ The Renovation Show’, Birmingham. The passion of Eraj Younas and her invitation to visit the Balsall Common Showroom captured our interest.

We were impressed with the kitchen cabinetry . The rigid colour coded carcasses with the solid backs surpassed the offerings of their competitors. In addition, we desired the ‘ 5 piece wrapped doors’ which they could source. Their product and the tour of the factory confirmed that we were ‘ buying into’ quality . Thanks to Dale at the factory who made the tea and introduced us to the Hampton products.

We enjoyed a positive experience with the thoughtful Designer Daljit Singh. He listened , responded to ‘ my whims’ ( he is complimented on following up our many requests) and was exceedingly friendly. In addition, he showed compassion when an unexpected health condition our plans.

Tommy the fitter made a great start to our installation and showed skill.

Gary is highly commended for his ‘ snagging’.He is commended for his honesty, pragmatism and ability to ‘ put things right’.

The person for whom we have enormous admiration is Laurie Spears . His innate skills, knowledge and ability to foresee ‘ problems’ was outstanding. He filled us with confidence when he visited and made suggestions at the site visit. Laurie is an exceptionally talented person; a perfect ambassador for the company.

Finally, Tracy , got us sorted post installation. She has refined communication skills and kept us posted. Thanks… love the bins, the under sink liners and the cutlery trays.

The team at Hampton Group recently completed the reconstruction of a large patio area and garden room/office for us. We're delighted with the end result as it was a complex job with lots of different levels to work out. The on site team took great pride in their work and were sensitive to the fact that we were living there throughout, clearing up at the end of each day so we didn't feel like we were living on a building site. The process was a really good one with no surprises on budget and, while it took longer to complete than anticipated, this was down to weather conditions and illness rather than anything within Hampton's control. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We have a small kitchen and cannot believe what The Hampton Group have managed to achieve. From start to finish they were amazing. The kitchen is beautiful and really high quality. It has completely transformed my life as I have easy access to everything I need. They are very lucky you are to have staff like Gary, he worked so hard and is also really nice and Liam is a lovely lad who did everything that was asked of him. Thanks to Eraj and Tracy for keeping me up to date with everything.
