My friend turned me on to Hamlovers.com and we're thrilled with our experience. It's the best jambon I've had since my travels in Spain! The customer service is excellent and everything arrived on time. I'm definitely planning to order more soon!

Excellent customer service with a liberal return policy, in the rare event you are not happy with the product received. Seriously, the president of the company gets involved to make sure the customer is always ahead. They carry Cinco Jotas, Fermin and Montaraz jamones and paletas, with very competitive pricing... free shipping on orders over $199. The wife is a bigger fan than I am...

I am in love with this website. Everything I have ordered has been delicious and arrived quickly. Great products and great website.

The hams and other items sold by Hamlovers do not disappoint. It's the shipping which is a huge let down. I got an email from Hamlovers stating that delivery in time for Dec 24 still available. I placed an order only to be told my ham and other items would arrive Dec 27. I emailed and after a few back and forth, agreed to pay $150 for expedited shipping for the ham and chorizo needed for our Xmas day paella to arrive on Dec 24. It's now Dec 29th and we have received nothing. If you order from this company, you must order early. I do all of my Xmas ordering online and this is the only item that did not arrive on item. We now have a large jamon arriving and no guest with whom to share it -- if it ever arrives. Super disappointing.

Having heard about Hamlovers.com from a trusted friend, I thought I would try it out and I purchased the Tapas Package. This included quite an assortment of items including 1/4 lb iberian ham, 1/4 lb acorn-fed tenderloin, 1/4 lb serrano ham, 7 oz. iberian chorizo sausage and 7 oz. iberian salchichón sausage. Wow! Seriously, this was a great amount for the price. I tried the serrano first and was delighted with the flavor. My daughter is a culinary student and she said that these products are so well cured and the flavor is exceptional. I definitely recommend HamLovers and I'm looking forward to trying their other products soon....right after I order another Tapas Pack!

Would never order from here again, ordered a jamón, and it was never received. Ups tracking said delivered. Contacted hamlivers they tell me file a claim so I do, waiting for a replacement nothing. I email them and there response was still waiting on ups, it's been about a month now. And I decide to call ups, they tell me they issued a claim to hamlivers 3 weeks ago, so I'm angry hamlovers already received the money, while telling me they haven't heard anything. So I email them again and nothing ten days later and no response!!! Such fraud buyer beware wasted $300 for nothing

I am Spanish and my two sons are studying in USA. I have ordered with Hamlovers five times now and my sons are very happy - they miss their jamón ibérico. The products are good and the delivery is fast and reliable.

My order arrived the next day and the ham is the real deal. Recommend.

We've tried a variety of the offerings from Hamlovers and all are a delight to the palate! They're the highlight to our parties (and we have them quite often). Our favorite being the Imperial Chorizo.

After I placed my review and received a reply to send me the knife and so on, and asking to give them another try, then they reported my review for breach of guidelines lol
I'm telling you they are really lacking customer service
Don't put a bad reviews, don't voice your opinion, they will report you, spend your money, and if you like it or not, don't say it

Ordered ham and it arrived on time. But the package use by dates were all less than 30 days of expiration. They taste more like italian prosciutto not the ham I've loved from Spain.
I contacted customer service, they asked for picturea. I sent pictures and have hear absolutely nothing. I've resent request but nothing. I wouldn't purchase from this site ever again. Online service should be about fresh not old inventory. So disappointed.

I have been looking for a place to buy a whole jamon/paletilla of Iberico Pata Negra for a while, and after checking online, I decided to go and try Hamlovers.
Great decision, the paletilla arrived after two days of ordering it, sealed and with all the info about the animal/curing process. Also included a complimentary ham carving station, as well as a knife.
The quality of the product is excellent (Fermin), and it is really a Iberico Pata Negra. We have been carving it for a couple of days, and will store it cut and in vacuum (the humid weather is not good for long term air storage).
Will buy again, also the chorizo/salchichon I ordered on the side are great!

I ordered a paleta bellota in September. It arrived two days later with the instructions for UPS I requested written on the label (my gate code). When I called to ask about slicing it I received a call back and a friendly woman named Kelsey or Chelsea who was very helpful. I'd recommend this site to friends. The ham is out of this world!

My family and friends all enjoyed the ham during our Christmas party. While we liked it a lot we joked that we all love 'raw' pork.

Great hams, great prices and great service (from packaging to quick delivery)!! We've ordered the 5J (excellent!!!) and the Serrano (also excellent!!). There is only one place I go to order the best hams from Spain--Hamlovers!

I was able to order over the phone when the website had a glitch and they were so helpful. I would absolutely use them again.
