Customer service issue
I ordered two sets of lenses, yet only one was delivered. A phone call went to voicemail, I left a message and also filled in the contacts form on the website. So far there was no response to either.

Quick, quality, decent
I ordered the lenses through express post and they arrived within 2 days! I was thrilled they were so efficient!
The lenses themselves were decent and came with a good amount of saline, so I could make multiple attempts at getting them in (it's not easy for a first timer!)

Express post failure.
Express post — received item days after I was supposed to. Contacts were required for a movie. They did not arrive in time so I had to try and find others on shoot day. Extremely stressful.

I ordered dark grey contacts
I ordered dark grey contacts, they came a very light grey and look un natural. I’ve messaged the company for a refund because they do are not the colour they are advertised for. I’ve received absolutely no reply and been left ignored

Lenses different sizes
The postage was good
But there was no indication the lenses were 3 months useage.
The lenses are one lense is bigger than the other making my eyes look wonky.

The contacts were great!
The contacts were great! My eyes dried up a bit but it was my first time using them so I guess it's okay. They came on time in perfect condition and they looked so cool paired with my itachi costume. 10/10 would recommend.

I've been ordering the Emerald Green contacts for a couple of years. Fabulous contact lenses! Enhanced my natural green eye colour (no one has noticed that I'm wearing contacts), they don't scratch so can wear all day or night and very quick delivery. Extremely happy.
