Frustrated with the company. Spent months trying to get a quote for HVAC system. All messages being ignored. In last few days been getting SMS from the company requesting feedback on how i am getting on with their HVAC system. Again tried to msg company but totally ignored. Hopefully by leaving my negative feedback on social media and these forums will finally get a response!!

Ashley and Scott were very friendly and extremely helpful. Dan and Elliott did a really good job, trying to fix the mess left behind by another company. Highly professional and would highly recommen.

I am thrilled with my new boiler . The boys who fitted it , Steffan and Liam were very professional and worked hard to make sure everything was 100% with no problems . They laid down sheets and protected my carpets and left the house clean and tidy . Steffan went through the new system with me to make sure I understood everything and also with the App on my phone . Both Steffan and Liam are a credit to the company and the owner Ashley Hale explained the process before during and after the work was done and was on hand at any time of I needed any questions answered . Would highly recommend Hale Heating and renewables to anyone wanting a first class professional service . I won’t hesitate to use them again when needed .

I recently upgraded my back boiler for a combi boiler and used Hale Heating and Renewables as I liked the whole way they transacted their business. They were sharp, professional and fairly priced. Scott was extremely knowledgeable and fair. There was no hard sell, just a friendly chat regarding the boiler I had chosen. The fitter, Dan was great, clean, tidy and did a great, neat job of fitting my boiler in a cupboard, having to enhance the back wall to take the weight. He even crawled under the park home to run the new larger gas pipe, joining pipes in a confined space and running everything perfectly, nothing was too much trouble and all performed with a smile. He did most of the work by himself and completed the replacement in just under two days!
I was more than happy with Hale and would definitely recommend them for their work ethic, a no nonsense company run extremely professionally, easy to deal with and leaving the client with no worries. I look forward to seeing Dan again for my first free service in a year and thank you for a really great job. Hale Heating and Renewables certainly go over and above expectations! Well done to a company who do what they say.

Had a new boiler and radiator fitted last week and can not recommend these guys enough....

Both lads turned up on time (approx 08.30), placed drop cloths throughout the house, replaced and secured most pipework, fitted a brand new flue, fitted, tested and issued relevant certification for a new gas boiler, installed a new radiator and carbon monoxide detector and supplied a brand new room thermostat, then spent time showing us the boiler and room thermostat controls, ensuring we understood at each step, then proceeded to thoroughly cleaned up and remove all obsolete items and packaging.

After they left you would not have believed anyone had been here for most of the day installing a new gas boiler, but for the fact that we had a brand new pristine gas boiler and radiator....

I first contacted Hale heating back in 2024, my new baxi boiler let me down and my guarantee with the company was completely useless as they refuse to come out for at least 10 days!!
I found Hale heating by googling! Thank goodness I did. I had an engineer I think his name was Daniel though I could be wrong the following day. Everything was sorted and I was so impressed I started up a service contract which I can pay direct debit monthly.
Recently I had my yearly service for my boiler on the 30th of April.
Early hours of this morning I had a beeping noise which I thought was my carbon monoxide alarm. Being a single woman I tried my best to sort it out ,the beeping would not go away.
I ran Hale heating at 8:20 and got through straight away and told them the problem. Within half an hour I had an engineer in the house!
I'm very embarrassed to say I had an old battery carbon monoxide detector tucked away on a shelf which I had completely forgotten about !!!😮
Even though this was the root of the problem and had the batteries changed, free of charge, a full diagnostic check was carried out again on my boiler.
I was advised to remove the old detector and put it outside for a couple of hours. Needless to say after a couple of hours it's still beeped.. it is now in the bin !! I would definitely recommend Hale heating for servicing any repairs and prompt emergency call out . I guarantee you will get peace of mind. I rate them five stars for everything.

Boiler developed a small leak on Easter Monday, so called Hale Heating as i have a cover plan with them. I got an instant response telling me the team would be round the next day which they were. Diagnosed the issue with a part replacement, ordered it and fitted it the next day. Leak gone. To get such afterservice is such a comfort to know. Excellent 👏👏👏👏
