This was a fast easy way to send precious friends a birthday and anniversary gift. They love the cherries and it was just a perfect gift. Thank you

I asked if the honey tangerines had seeds, I was told it did have seeds.
My religious beliefs forbid eating fruits without seeds. I will not order moving forward.

Package arrived in timely manner. Recipient was very pleased with the package and its contents. However, there was suppose to be jelly beans in the gift package and there was a substitution. I was disappointed as I had those in mind for the kids in the family.

It took 9 days for my package to arrive. Needless to say some of orange were covered in green and white mold the rest were soft. When I complained and sent a picture I was asked how many were moldy! After contacting customer service I was issued a full refund.

Arrival times was a bit confusing being given two different times to expect package. Cake was nicely packaged but not as sweet as described but still moist.

I was initially very pleased with the whole ordering process. However it took two phone calls and an email to obtain a refund for a delivery problem . I had hoped to replace the gift box but it was no longer available. In spite of the difficulty encountered, I do intend to replace the gift box when the Fall products are available.

We have only received a box of oranges so far. They were delicious. We are looking forward to our next shipment.

There were 3 pieces of oranges that we in different stages of rot. Those that were ripe were good. Thank you!

2 oranges had obvious mold. I learned not to order special sales at the end of the season.

I have never had an inferior shipment from Hale groves. Superior fruit, especially the ruby grapefruit. Currently awaiting MANGOS!

The web site was easy to use. The gift basket selections were varied, so it was easy to find what I wanted, and easy to order.
It arrived when they said it would and my family said the oranges, grapefruit and tangerines were delicious.

When the box got here one of the oranges was rotten completely and moldy and the rest had tiny brown spots. I ended up throwing them all away.

The shipping was fine. The price for the peaches was high considering that peaches were not sweet tasting and had five that were bruised that I ended up getting rid of them

The items I ordered for Easter gifts were out of stock after I had ordered them. The company offered me a subsitute that was slightly more expensive at the same price I paid for the original items. I agreed to the substitution; however they did not tell me that my order would not arrive in time for Easter, and were in fact a week late.

I have bought from you for over 15 yrs. NEVER Have I got discount or anything free.At Christmas i buy over 700.00 worth of grapefruit and oranges

Most of the tangerines were dry and had very little or no juice. One of the oranges was covered wioth mold and had to be discarded. How does this affect all the othere oranges in the tray?

Love the gift box selection. Loved the cookies.
