Excellent Customer Service
I bought two pedicure sets as gifts, but unfortunately, when they arrived, one of the items had completely leaked and damaged both gift boxes.
I contacted Hairways and within 24 hours, I had received two replacement sets, along with a prepaid returns label to send the damaged items back.
Fantastic, hassle-free service from start to finish. I would highly recommend Hairways and will definitely use them again.

One star ... repeated delays and no proactive communication
I ordered an Olivia Garden brush on 14 July 2026. There was no clear indication at checkout that the item was unavailable for prompt dispatch. Only after payment was I informed that Hairways was waiting for stock.
I was then repeatedly given revised estimates: first that stock was expected the following week, then by the end of another week, and finally that they were merely “hoping” to receive it during a further week. Hairways did not keep me updated proactively. I had to contact them myself each time to find out what was happening with my order.
After waiting nearly three weeks and losing confidence in the transaction, I sent a clear written cancellation on 3 August, expressly asking them not to dispatch and requesting a refund. Later that same day, I received an automated shipment notification. Hairways subsequently acknowledged by voicemail that they had seen my cancellation email but said the parcel had now been sent.
The brush itself is the correct product and appears to be of satisfactory quality, but that does not excuse the extremely poor handling of the order. Taking payment without clearly disclosing the lack of stock, repeatedly missing estimated timeframes, failing to provide proactive updates and dispatching after receiving my cancellation made this an unnecessarily stressful experience.
This was my first purchase from Hairways, and it will be my last. One star for the customer service and order management.
