Extremely upset customer right now. Tried to generate a quote on Sunday through the website which wouldn't allow me to change coverage options (terrible quote software). Called Sunday and spoke to a nice lady who helped me get the pricing, set me up in the system, got a bunch of confirmation emails with details of the policy. At the end she said "just one last step, we need our exotic cars division to review the quote before its finalized." Got a call today morning from the underwriter saying that since I've never owned anything similar, they can't cover me for at least 2 years. That question could've been asked up-front before wasting hours of my time. And today my Ferrari will be delivered and I won't be able to drive it.

I used Hagerty Web to get a quotation, they require a disturbing amount of personal information. Their quote was double their competitors so I went elsewhere, then they used my details to bombard me with marketing spam. Unbelievable practice!

One phone call and a follow up email was the very easy process. Extremely pleased with the outcome.

On April 7th I was in a 2 car accident that was not my fault.I t boned an suv making an illegal left turn at the intersection.I ran right into them so far.Haggerty's has done as promised.The claim is not finished yet it is still in review and the other insurance company for the other person.Already admitted guilt and maxed out there Insurance policy AT15TH1000 so far.So good I'll keep you posted

Hagerty is hands down the best insurance and customer service company I've ever done business with. I insured my first antique motorcycle last spring. The premium was very reasonable and the coverage was based on my valuation of the motorcycle. All went well then a lady pulled out in front of me in September 2025 and a low-speed collision occurred. I didn't want to deal with her insurance company, so I filed a claim with Hagerty. I provided pictures of the damage and received an accurate and fair payout within days. A few months later I received my $500 deductible back too. Everyone at Hagerty was great, no hassles, just great coverage, awesome customer service, and no surprises. Hagerty is the best! I ride my 1948 H-D Panhead FL with peace of mind knowing I've got the best insurance coverage available thanks to Hagerty!

Haggerty was spot on good to me whenever I had a need to contact them.
My windshield cracked up and they replaced it like no questions asked. I have put a small fortune into restoring my jeep and just upped my insurance a bit.
I have very much recommend Haggerty to others and plan on staying with them as long as I have my jeep.

Price, price, price, plus outstanding customer service. I have never had a claim with Hagerty; however, I believe that would work out just fine based on my experience with them over the years.
