I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by this insurance company. I have never in my life been made to feel like I was being accused of fraud until dealing with this situation. The experience was stressful, uncomfortable, and honestly very upsetting.

Instead of feeling supported as a customer, I felt judged and treated unfairly without proper respect or understanding. Being questioned in a way that made me feel dishonest was humiliating, especially when I have always tried to do the right thing.

I understand insurance companies have procedures to follow, but the way this situation was handled lacked professionalism, communication, and compassion. No customer should be made to feel the level of discomfort and anxiety that I experienced.

I hope this company improves the way they communicate with and treat loyal customers in difficult situations.

Services dispatched are not for antique cars. good for a tow

I have 1930 Ford Model A I needed a jump and requested roadside service. I informed them in writing on my request that it's a 1930 Ford model A and it is a 6 volt system with positive ground in capital letters. They are classic and antique car ins. Provider that's why I insured with them they guy they sent assured me his jump starter does 6volt up to 12 volts his word he also showed up in a regular truck with blacked out tint so didnt think that pickup was for me, but it was. So I showed him the negative side for the positive red cable and same with the positive side for neg. Cable when I tried to start the car his jumper fried my 6volt system! He then said do you want to try it again? WHAT! I said let me see your jumper you assured me was for 6v Nope it was a 12 volt jumper needless to say he left, so now im calling a tow truck flatbed they finally showed up and got the car back home. But WTF do I do now? Other than replace my electrical system.
