I called in and tried adding a vehicle to my current account, and the representative said I couldn't do that. Had to have a separate account. Makes no sense to me.

It is reassuring to deal with car people who share the same passion and enthusiasm for our rides as we do. I was prompted to up my coverage on two of my classic cars which I thought was fantastic that Hagerty looks out for its customers like that. Not many companies are that attentive. Hagerty's customer service keeps track of value on customers cars and recommends to either increase or decrease coverage depending on the market.
