What a fantastic company and the two guys who moved us were awesome. Couldn't do enough to make our stressful move non stressful and so easy from start to finish. Absolutely recommend this company for a smoith house move and first class customer care too.

So glad that I decided to use Hackworthy and Sons for my recent house move. Great communication from day one with all the staff I spoke to, and emailed in the office. Quote was then emailed over to me to confirm I was happy and then payment was made. All very straight forward. On the day of the move the two young men, Corey and Steve were just fantastic and a credit to this business. Nothing was to much trouble. Everything was moved with great care and not a single item was damaged. If I ever have to move again I will use this company again. a huge thank you to everyone involved in my move.

The team were fabulous on a difficult and stressful day. We were still packing and dismantling stuff when they arrived plus our completion was late as were the keys and we got nothing but positivity and a jolly attitude. They worked unbelievably hard and we couldn’t recommend them more!

Hackworth's were relaible, professional and pleasant. We could not have asked for better service. Though right at the end, the men ran out of steam and left stuff on the ground floor which clearly was signed to go to the top floor. But given what they had previously carried, who can blame them! Would thoroughly recommend the company, for price and efficiency.

Recently moved from London to the West Country. I found Hackworthy to be prompt, very helpful and friendly. They treated my belongings with care and they went the extra mile in helping to setup everything in my new home.

Great team - friendly, experienced and careful - would not hesitate to recommend this company who went above and beyond with a very successful move.

We sold our house last year and Hackworthy's had a competitive quote so we went with them. They provided all the packing material for us to self-pack all the small items. On removal day, they worked hard, especially considering they had to lift heavy furniture down 2 floors and a steep drive. The men were polite. The storage was good - we had to wait 7 months (over the winter) until we could move into our new house. There were no signs of damp or storage problems. The final move was fine too. We would use them again, though hopefully we won't have to move again for a while.

The team at Hackworthy and Sons were extremely professional and helpful from the word go. Their quote was the most thorough and also the most competitively priced for a full packing and removal service. The staff who completed our packing and removal service were excellent and could not have been more friendly...i think this was helped by regular cups of tea and biscuits as they worked extremely hard!!

Hackworthy offered value for money but more importantly, Kevin's estimation of what was required to move our all belongings was spot on and the four man team of removers were brilliant! All the guys were courteous, careful, patient, good humoured and everything else you'd want from professional removers. We highly recommend Hackworthy & Sons and their sister company Plymouth Self Storage where we currently rent a storage room.

First class removal company. Recently moved us from Essex to Devon. Excellent service from “online survey” (Kevin)through to moving. One giant truck and 2 fantastic guys, Aaron & Corrie, we’re with us for almost 3 days. Not one breakage and great care was taken with our belongings. The fragile pack was well worth it. We have used Hackworthy's twice and both times they have been superb. The movers are friendly, funny and respectful and we wouldn't go elsewhere!
