I have been frustrated for at least the past year. Hackers were getting into my site somehow and two different web companies that I work with could not figure it out. They would always seem to fix it short term but they would always get back in. When you're trying to run a business and you're website is constantly down... well, that's just unacceptable.

Our web development team cleans and disinfects compromised sites but we reached out to Jim when we had more work than we could manage. His work is thorough and he goes beyond the minimum required. My site got hacked about 12 days ago, blocking my 20+ students from accessing my online courses, and blocking new clients from booking readings. I was in the middle of moving and tried to solve it myself, with help from my hosting service, who told me what malware to delete. The thing is, they kept finding more of it every few days. I spent 3 weeks going back and forth with SiteDoctor who I ordered through my hosting company. I spend some money. That didn't work, then they wanted more.

The feeling of being hacked is like nothing else... it's terrible and if it's ever happened to you then you know exactly what I mean.
