I needed someone to fix a long-standing problem on some of my web sites...problems related to hacks that were never completely and properly cleaned. I stumbled onto Jim's web site, and read everything about how great he was and how he actually answers his own phone, etc. I'm a skeptical guy, but decided to give it a try...expecting to get a voicemail system or someone in the Philippines or whatever. But what a surprise when this very friendly guy answered the phone, and started right in trying to help me.
