Great trip all very well organised - Thank you

Ella, Lee, Rob & Di all just made us feel so welcome at the airport’s & hotel etc.
They also had great local knowledge of Rome which made our weekend very easy.
Would highly recommend.

We have just arrived home from Rome to watch Italy and England in the six nations. Gullivers were absolutely amazing. They took the stress out of booking . They were always on hand if I had any questions before we traveled. They are extremely professional. Arriving at the airport Gullivers reps were there to help us get to the correct coach. Izzy was our rep in our hotel and she was amazing. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her. We stayed at The Royal Santini absolutely amazing hotel. Food was outstanding cleanliness was brilliant. Gullivers booked the hotel for us all and a great choice. Just want to say THANK YOU Gullivers for making us help to make memories on this wonderful trip. Highly recommend them

Hotel was pleasant and Gullivers staff were helpful. Only disappointment was that room was not cleaned after our first night and we returned to unmade beds and damp towels.

At last, we finally got good stadium tickets... after 4-5 straight years paying for "A" seats and getting bad placement

We had a great weekend at the Ireland/Italy Rugby.
Our seats were fantastic - what a great view!
On match morning we had a query regarding our tickets (we hadn't got the correct ones in our Apple wallet). David was extremely helpful and made sure he was available before the match in case we had difficulty entering the stadium. As it turned out we managed to get in but were very grateful that we had someone to turn to if we needed help.

Lovely helpful staff, would recommend

Firstly the administration and organisation from Gulliver's were very good. Comms beforehand and overall arrangements from the company were well managed, and I have no complaints in that regard. However the experience at the venue itself was unfortunately not as positive. The tables were positioned extremely close together, which made movement around the area very difficult. Almost every time a server passed by, I was repeatedly knocked in the back, and it was challenging to enjoy drinks and food comfortably. Over two occasions I ended up wearing my drink due to the lack of space. Additionally when leaving I discovered my coat, which had been placed over the back of my chair, had food on it, presumably as result of high tightly packed the seating was. Overall the tables were too close together which significantly impacted the comfort and enjoyment of the experience. I would also note that we appeared to be seated within a predominantly Irish support section, which given how the match unfolded, did to make for the most enjoyable atmosphere!! Overall while the organisation beforehand was excellent, the venue layout and seating arrangements significantly affected the overall experience and would benefit form review for future events.

The only concern I have is the fact tickets have been sent late, on Monday the week of the match.

Second time using Gullivers for Scotland trip to Rome.
Hotel location was great, chartered flight from Edinburgh was well worth the upgrade as was the match ticket, more or less on halfway line.
Special mention to Ally & Leia, Jet2 totally mucked up my boarding pass in Rome and Ally came to the rescue! Leia was extremely helpful at hotel for information and at airport.
Couple of negatives; On arrival at Rome i got held up, rushed to transfer coach to be told I was already ticked off with my party of 8, coach was just about to leave! I was on.my own! Luckily I wasn't any later and I would of been presumed to be on board the coach and been stranded! 2nd would be the single person supplement, you can book the hotel room without this if you go direct.
Overall loved my time again and would use Gullivers next time. Thanks again Ally & Leia (hope I've spelt names correctly!).

Had a 3 night stay in Rome for the rugby. The most stress free travel experience I’ve ever had. Excellent service, staff were lovely and very helpful and we even had a private charter flight with our own check in desk. Highly recommend and would travel with them again.

Great company, it's the second time i have used you, i needed a pass, but couldn't collect it on the Friday, as i was away early, so it was there when i got off my flight to Rome.
I can't fault all the Gullivers representatives, thay were excellent at the job, well done, i will be back.
