From the first phone call following an email, to getting off the plane at Bristol at the end of the trip, was a thoroughly well organised and staffed weekend. Gullivers Travel are a credit to the industry.

This was our first trip with Gullivers and we were very impressed. From the outset the communication leading up to our visit to Rome was excellent and it continued throughout our mini tour.
Gullivers personnel were on hand at Bristol airport on departure and were also present in significant numbers at the airport in Rome ensuring that we found our way to the correct bus for the hotel transfer. Once at the hotel, as well as set times when a Gullivers rep was available, there was also a notice board with all relevant information including an emergency contact number for a Gullivers rep. We actually had occasion to get in touch with Izzy, our rep, who showed compassion and support when we needed it, thank you Izzy.
In summary, everything was very well organised and we would recommend unreservedly.

The friendly and helpful staff helped to make this experience great, they were around, available and happy at the airport and hotel.
The hotel Andreotti was a bit basic and you had to use the plugs in the toilet to boil the kettle.
Our room (130) also had a leak above the shower through the light bulb fitting.

Seamless experience from booking, to paying, to travel, to the event. Good communication all throughout, with detailed info being supplied and excellent support over the phone and in person.

This was our first trip with Gullivers and we would certainly consider travelling with them again. We wanted to go to the Six Nations in Rome and thought this would be an easy way to ensure we got tickets for the match alongside flights and hotels. The booking was easy and there was plenty of choice of hotel when we booked.
We were kept informed on flight timings and received a detailed online pack with all the information needed about a week before our trip. The journey there and back worked well, the hotel was good and in an excellent location, and the reps were always on hand to give advice where needed and very friendly.
It all worked and made for an excellent trip.

This was the second time using Gulliver's for a Rugby weekend, this time in Dublin. As before the pre-event communications were very clear and sent in good time. George, who was the rep at the hotel, was very good - professional, reassuring and welcoming - a real credit to the organisation. We had nice tickets in the stadium and our chosen hotel - the Radisson Blu - was really nice. It was a good location, close to the city, and the customer service in reception, breakfast and the bar was really one of the best Ive had. Really worth the money.

The trip went exceptionally smoothly. The pre event communication was first class and the flights, transits and the match itself went really well. Thoroughly recommended.

Staff were always on hand and very friendly. Lots of information. Great choice of hotel obviously an awful lot of pre planning by the team had gone into the trip.

All your staff and reps (in the contact centre, during travel and at the venues) are professional, friendly and helpful. They communicate important information in a positive way and are always on hand to answer questions. They keep their promises and are honest about what they can and cannot do.

Well organised and delightful staff

We booked to go to Rome for Italy v England in the Six Nations this year - a Bucket List trip for us. The whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. The booking process was clear and easy - we are a family of 3 with a 10 year old, so wanted a family room - they made it happen. Comms were excellent throughout the booking process, in the lead up (pre departure call was a great idea), at the airport and in Rome iteslef - I could not fault the experience (apart from the result, but Gullivers can hardly be blamed for that haha). Is it cheap? No, but it was value for money - which is more important for me. Worth every penny and would 100% book again! Thanks so much.

Gullivers 6 Nations trip to Rome to watch Italy V England. Booking & communication experience was great. Met the reps at the airport and check in through designated desks. Tranafer to hotel was great and efficient with flights coming in from all over the UK. Clubhouse event was good if a little but cramped for space. Departure was as easy as the arrival with prompt pick up from the hotel and check in at the airport. Only slight disappointment was the didnt arrange for England to win! Great weekend and we will definitely use them again
