They are completely unprofessional
They are completely unprofessional, their outside units are full of mice. Once the condition is found they do absolutely nothing to correct the situation. They don't offer another unit or anything but a "I don't know why that happened" I will be putting in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

We have been using Guardian Storage throughout my daughter’s college years and could not be happier with the support and service, especially from Anita. She has been extremely friendly, responsive, helpful and empathetic to a mom with a daughter all the way across the country. Highly recommend this place!

George was very thorough in explaining step-by-step the procedures of everything I needed to know and sign. He was very friendly and professional. He gave a very good explanation of how I need to put my code in and stayed and watched that I did everything OK. Thank you George for making this a good experience for me

Professional and secure
George was a great help and very professional with getting us the storage unit we wanted. He took the time to call up and keep us updated on available units and was helpful and informative on all the things we needed to know. The property is secure and very clean. Glad to do business here!

Went the extra mile
We had little notice from our landlord that we would have to vacate our property. Rich in Hopewell was amazing at calming our fears and finding us a unit almost as soon as I walked through the door. A successful business cares about their customers. We had no doubt after we walked in, we would sign a year lease to be with Guardian. Going the extra mile for a potential customer is what sealed the deal for us.
