I have been with Guardian Storage for over 5 years now, and I will say the main reason I stay with Guardian is the Customer service. Rich is a true professional. He is understanding to your needs and always goes above and beyond.

I am a return customer. Had a unit for a year or so. Since I needed to clear out some items in my home once again I knew exactly where I wanted to go. It’s clean and I feel safe there. Scott was extremely helpful and a delight to work with and the process was quick and easy since I was a return customer. I would highly recommend this storage facility.

Kristen and her staff are an Absolute pleasure to deal with!  Kristen was extremely helpful when I first called to rent a unit. I knew nothing about what size space I needed, the pricing, or what the procedure of renting a storage unit was. She understood this, she did not rush through anything while explaining all the options with pricing that were available to me. I had questions, and she answered. She was genuine.
The storage facility is clean, gated, secure and safe. The unit I rented was immaculate. You call, or email they answer, and if by chance you have to leave a message, they call/email right back!
The customer service is Outstanding, their Professional, Personable, and Helpful!
I Highly recommend Guardian Self Storage of Newburgh!

Working with the staff in the Hyde Park was 5 stars. The unit was clean but the latch is a little hard to push back and forth for opening and closing. All in all I would recommend this site for storage

I have had small unit here for over 2 years and can't even begin to say how nice the people are here the units are nice with 24 hour access as well as a wonderful team I have been unable to make payments sometimes but this group is totally understanding and very nice and easy to talk to id recommend them to anyone

Rich at Guardian Self Storage RT 376 is awesome. My unit was ready on the day we agreed and clean when he took me over to the unit. He had the door seal replaced and when I have been there on a rainy day the unit is completely dry! Rich explained the agreement clearly and took the time to answer all my questions. I was able to sign up for auto payment which is very convenient. Rich told me that the facility is almost always full and I can see why, simply great customer service!

What a fabulous experience. Not only did Anita keep in touch so that My unit was guaranteed but she also made everything super easy and organized. She explained the process, made access easy and did it all with a smile. I will use Guardian Self Storage whenever my son needs it while he is at school.
