Great business
Bought the model of the 747 which flew us home from our last family holiday. Great price, well protected in transit. Came with a free “remove before flight” key ring. Lovely touch.

Fantastic service and great people
I brought a gemini 200 klm 777-300ER from them. When it arrived it was inflight 200 model so I said to them that I would like to return as I want a gemini one. They understood my request and paid for the return postage. They then said that they are happy to get one from the USA, to which I was shocked by and very happy. It then arrived a couple weeks later in perfect condition. I can't highly recommend these amazing people more, especially Greg.

A bit of a mistake on our part, taking into consideration of what should have been supplied, I managed to find one in the USA and sent it on at my expense - sounds cheesy but if things like this go wrong, I'd rather sort it out at our expense and have a happy customer than have some profit and an unhappy customer.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Purchased an out of production model from GSModels.co.uk that was difficult to find and the purchase necessitated changing the delivery address several days after my order had been placed. Mr. Wong, GSModel owner or representative, promptly answered my emailed request for an address change and was able to facilitate delivery to the new address. Model was received as promised within 1 day.
