Just opened an Hornby R30363 King Stephen, DCC sound fitted by R&R, Wow, perfect. The sound file, speaker and fitting are first class. One of the best I’ve got out of 300. This guy knows his trade.

Ordered on Friday, arrived on Saturday......the usual fast and efficient service from Roads and Rails!

Ordered speaker and sound decoder sound decoder was meant to have been sent 24hr royal mail but was sent 48hr speaker was meant to be 48hr royal mail came 24hr sent email to ask and check with royal mail as state sound decoder had be delivered but nothing as shown it royal mail delivery picture still no reply to that email also asked a question on messager still no response to that and both over 3 weeks ago

I asked Richard to sort out something I couldn't do myself. He did a great job & I will certainly be using him again.

Have used Road and Rails for most of my DCC sound decoders and Richard is definitely my go to source for decoders, speakers and stay alives etc……. Very responsive and knowledgable and supportive even when being asked dumb rookie questions……. Have only had one of two very minor issues, which were been promptly addressed even when it has been my fault.
The recent teaching videos and the new decoder function library shows that Richard is continually looking for new ways to further support his customers.

Richard has got a lot of experience when it comes to dcc sound decoders. He has done one dcc sound loco for me and sorted another one in the past I will be using him again in due time for the rest of my model locos. 5 * service and very knowledgeable.
