Ordered an item from Grove Group and…
Ordered an item from Grove Group and didn't realise it was on backorder. Their sales team let me know straight away and let me know when they expected a delivery of the item. This was accurate and the item was delivered on time. Overall very impressed with the company which gives me faith that they will be able to assist me when I order with them again.

Great prices, great service
When somebody at Grove noticed that I had ordered 3 similar items but one was of a larger (more expensive) size, they phoned to ask if I had really wanted to order the smaller size for all 3. They swapped the item for the smaller size and refunded the difference. Jaw dropping great service.

Bad service at Plymouth branch
I refer to the Plymouth branch. In my recent experience, unhelpful, poor communication and unfriendly. I wish I'd never bothered to visit. I only wanted a paint match but it was all too much trouble. I have ended up with the wrong shade because, despite saying they would, nobody could be bothered to make up the colour needed and they ended up supplying me with the nearest match. I'm just hoping it's in high temperature as requested. I'm not holding my breath though. No intention of going back there.
