Great company which I stumbled upon! Excellent customer service - they kept me informed of my order and when to expect it. Even though they were expecting the item in they gave me the choice (after telling me the time frame) whether I wanted a refund or if I was happy to wait. My order came exactly when they had told me. I haven’t opened it as it’s a Christmas present but I’m sure it will be fine
