We booked GTA to assist with transporting guests from the ceremony to the reception at our wedding. We had a fantastic experience with a wonderful driver who did two trips ferrying guests and went out of his way to park on the other side of the road on a bridge (which required driving across the bridge, up a hill and around a roundabout, then back down the hill and over the bridge) to minimise how long we had to walk to the venue in torrential rain! We thought it was great value for money and really easy to book. Thank you!!!!

We utilised Group Transport Australia for numerous trips over a weekend for a large group. Employing Group Transport Australia for all of our travel requirements made navigating Sydney incredibly convenient and efficient. The booking process and communication from Paul and Dan was transparent and timely and our drivers Jason and David were punctual and easy to deal with.

Our trip to Blue Mountains was seamless because of GTA. They pick up and drop off on time and always arrive at the venue early. As well as that, organising the trip with GTA was so easy and their customer service was great. Will definitely use them in the future.

Driver was on time, friendly and helpful. Bus was clean and very comfortable. Easy to arrange transport, and price was reasonable.

Driver provided wrong address. Driver blamed Group Booking Australia for providing wrong address. Both Group Booking Australia and Driver would not answer phone. Eventually Driver worked out error. Group Booking Australia tried blaming us and Driver for wrong address but email confirmation from Group Booking had correct address when they finally called back. Bus was 20 minutes late in the end with 40 stressed Year 12 kids wanting to get to graduation.
Worst part of experience was Group Booking Australia blaming everyone else for their error and not taking any responsibility for passing on the incorrect address to their sub contractor and no one answering their phone. If anyone had answered a call or text, there would have been no major issue.

We booked airport transfers for several of our staff attending a conference in Melbourne. From the very first enquiry, Paul was quick to respond with a quote and he then communicated with us along every step of the way. The driver was on time and friendly too. Thank you for such a great, stress free experience. Would definitely recommend.

Second time I’ve used group transport Aus for a hens. Communication is always very clear and prompt. Has Aux to play music, driver Darren was friendly and on time. Competitively priced amoung other companies also.

From the moment we booked our mini bus to the end of our event, everything was seamless and stress-free. Paul was incredibly helpful and responsive, making the booking process a breeze.
