With regards to this negative review, I've spoken with both the depot manager - who was the driver on the day - as well as the office manager.
Please note the following which addresses, and in some cases corrects, the points you have made:
The price given of $400 + GST is a competitive, industry standard price for this journey, based on the time is took and the amount of passengers travelling, etc. You confirmed the booking which led Group Transport to believe you felt the same.
You then decided to request an additional pick up which was not mentioned or confirmed on the original booking. The driver advised you this was not on route so it added additional time and fuel onto the journey, hence the additional charge of $50.
He also advised you he had another booking to carry out after yours, so this additional request you made in turn was making him, potentially, late for this.
We speak to and work with this depot and driver on a daily basis and nearly always receive great feedback, stating how accommodating and friendly he is.
Maybe the situation you put him in made him feel uncomfortable or frustrated, but he is certainly not aggressive.
To summarise, you were not 'ripped off' as you have stated you feel. Again, you agreed to the booking at the given price which is competitive.

Sports team Goulburn trip
From start to finish GTA were just great:
- Communication was clear and timely
- Price was really competitive
- Patient while I organised the cats :)
- Journey was fantastic (clean, on time, etc)
A shout to our driver Kevin, he was brilliant (the boys even had a song for him!).
I read the reviews before I booked. They were good, but you're never sure. Now I know why they were.

I recently had the pleasure of using Group Transport for my daughter's 21st birthday celebration, I wanted to ensure my daughter and her party guest we're getting back to their motel safely from out celebrating. I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service Group Transport provided. From the initial communication to the pick up at 3AM and drop off, the team demonstrated a commitment to excellence, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for the young adults traveling from Brisbane to the Gold Coast. Paul's prompt attention to detail and flexibility in resolving a scheduling error I made were particularly noteworthy, this was identified at 4:30pm on Friday afternoon day before the scheduled service and it showcases the company's dedication to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Group Transport and would not hesitate to use their services again, as they truly embody the gold standard in transportation.

Very professional service
Excellent prompt communication from the quote stage, through the organising stage to the day the service was provided. We requested a service with multiple drop off points and even threw in a late last-minute change. Nothing was too much trouble. The driver was on time, friendly and professional. The vehicle was perfect. The price was better than other quotes too. I would definitely use this company again.

Bus hire for a tour around Northern NSW.
I sent out several quotes to hire a 20-24 seater bus, with these guys getting back to me the very next day. From the very first email, the service was fantastic. All my questions were answered as well as emails that had been sent.
On the day, Brett was our driver and he was fantastic. From being greeted with a big friendly smile to helping wherever he could. He made us feel at ease and was there waiting for us at every stop.
Can't thank you enough for providing us with exceptional service.
