Second time we have used this company
Second time we have used this company, and they delivered as expected. The trailer on pick up on the last day, was too small to take 9 sets of golf clubs. Apart from that is was ok

That seems odd as the luggage trailers are nearly always one standard size, but this will be noted and looked into.

GTA were very responsive when we made the booking request and then followed through with good service on the day. They were easy to contact and communicate with and provided great value for money. Would recommend them to anyone needing to move a group

Our driver was early and patiently waited until we were ready to leave. The trip was direct and we arrived on time. Kiv was a great driver, looked after everyone and ready to leave right on time. We used this company for a staff outing. The driver was lovely and very accommodating with all our requests. He was very prompt and waited at each location for us to be ready to travel to the next destination. The minibus was a very generous size for just 9 of us. Very happy with the service provided

Had a company trip over two days and Group Transport were so helpful leading up to our event: answering all questions and catering to alterations. On the day transfers were smooth, timely and flexible as we ran a little overtime on occasion. Would thoroughly recommend and will be using again in the future!

Paul & Danny were quick with quoting, reasonably priced & great with communication. I ran two identical day trip wine tours with 43 passengers on each for our social club. I was very pleased with our drivers, Keiron on the first occasion and Ivan on the second. Right on schedule!

good price, driver didnt speak english did the job
The bus arrived half an hour early, it was clean with seat belts. The driver found his way to the location approximately 1.5 hours away. Group transport matched the lowest price we got. The driver was Chinese, spoke almost no english - used google translate to communicate, smelled of cigarette smoke and had no personal hygiene when he was sneezing everywhere to the distress of some of the passengers. We had 12 people, 11 in the back and 1 in front seat beside driver. Lucky we didn't have the football team as seating is cosy.

With regards to your comments about the driver, apologies is this were the case. This seems very out of character as we work along this depot on a daily basis and often receive great feedback about the drivers. (Maybe it was a stand-in driver in this instance).

Relatives had a very good experience
I didn’t use their services but had organised it on behalf of my family for an interstate day trip. The feedback I got was that the trip went very smoothly and the driver, Kevin, was very lovely and accommodating. My older relatives were impressed with the good price as they had previously used other transport companies and compared it to this one. We will continue to use Group Transport Australia for any future trips :) 10/10!

Everything went well
Everything went well: booking details were clearly communicated and the driver contact was given two days prior so that we were able to contact the driver Sean to make sure he had the trip booked. Sean was a very kind and experienced driver, even contacted the McDonalds in Picton for our large group's arrival.
