I booked two Weekender Break deals through Groupon ($500 total) and only received one.
Then I had to pay another $60 for flights, which didn’t even include seats!

In the end, I had to travel alone and pay extra just to make it work.
Total scam — shame on Groupon for hosting Weekender Breaks and allowing this kind of dodgy setup.

Avoid both. Save your time, money, and sanity.

I was greeted with such a friendly, warm greeting. I was made to feel at home and very welcome. The wait room was just beautiful with large day beds to lye on and a selection of treats and drinks to help myself to. The welcome drink was a ginger tea with a huge bubble on top that you pop with your tongue. So cool. I got shown to the private dressing room where a robe, slippers and a locker was waiting for me. Natalia did my massage and foot scrub and was very good. I asked for firm and she did an amazing deep tissue. I would suggest to say something early about the pressure you want so your experience is just what you feel comfortable with.

the software i downloaded did not work and blocked my computer,i also could not get a refund,the software is not licensed

I had problems with a person who has not supplied merchandise and they removed themselves from Groupon and now I cannot do anything about it,

Easy to use coupon. Supplier offer good value

After purchase I have been unable to use and upon contacting the email support was simply repeatedly told that it was sent to my email . I was offered no additional advice or assistance. The staff named Jack Harris was rude.

The ladies were exceptional and the facial was exquisite

I bought Microsoft Office 2024 from Groupon and had a very good experience. Price was much cheaper than from Microsoft website and no annual subscription needed!
It would be helpful if the offers could be grouped by category, location etc so it's easier to browse the offers.

crap, Indian chef in an Italian restaurant,
hopeless. $48 steak was frozen and cooked so it was burnt and tasteless. more fat than steak. who puts bum end of tomato on buschetta,???? tasteless, ravaoli not cooked. the beer was good, cos came in a bottle, so in future if you walk into a restaurant and its 80% empty, run away theres a reason CRAP

Groupon is just the best thing ever for bargains png quarter price off sometimes more!! You can’t go wrong!!

‼️ BEWARE OF GROUPON SPA DEALS ‼️

Terrible experience with both Groupon and Bannatyne Health Club. The vouchers were falsely advertised as redeemable at certain locations, including Colchester, only for us to find out after purchase that this wasn’t true.

Every step of the way, both companies were unhelpful, evasive, and slow to respond. Despite providing clear evidence of misrepresentation, neither took any responsibility or offered a meaningful resolution.

In the middle of the dispute, they even secretly acknowledged their wrongdoing by altering the receipts in the URL links to not showcase this location anymore. Luckily we had hard copies at the time of the purchase to call out the sneaky behaviour.

Fortunately, our bank intervened and refunded the payment, but it should never have come to that.

Groupon and Bannatyne are quick to take your money, but not to fix their mistakes. Save yourself the frustration and spend your time and money with a company that actually values its customers.

So many things went wrong with our booking from start to finish.
1. I booked a 12 seater van at the Greenwood office. To be told it was booked at the Welshpool office. Luckily I personally checked before trip commenced otherwise this would have delayed the start of our trip.
2. Not told of $1000 bond.
3. Signed Contract not emailed through as promised.
4. Child anchor points not found. Couldn’t get through to office to find them. Hence, we then had to take separate vehicles after journey commenced to pick family up who were to travel in the bus.
4. No manual in hired vehicle to find them.
5. No manual meant we couldn’t find release latch to fuel tank to refuel. Luckily we found someone who did.
6. Over charged on kilometres that weren’t used on the trip by mistake and funds taken out the account without email or notice.
Overall, very disappointed.
