Wouldn’t refund only credits as I can no longer use my voucher due to personal reasons, proceed to cancel and give credit without asking. Zero stars !! Do not recommend this scam site!

The Office 2024 app was very easy to download, install and was easy to activate. Technical assistance was available if needed (which it wasn't). I totally recommend this platform.

The merchant Wukong HK travel turned out to be a fraud claiming that bookings cannot be released since groupon has not released funds to the merchant.

I purchased Microsoft Office from Groupon. After redeeming I didn't receive any link/license key from the seller. The Manager from Groupon was unable to help me - he addressed me to the seller. I am appaled that I couldn't use the Office as planned to, my business was stuffed up and in addition the manager didn't deven want to bother by asking the seller to come forward and told me to solve the problem with the seller by myself. He didn't offer me even a refund - just Groupon "bucks" for the sum of the purchase. I don't need these "bucks", because I don't want to buy anything from Groupon in a foreseen future. And I definitely won't recommend this app to anyone.

Bought a Groupon voucher for Little Amigos (Fyshwick) as a birthday gift, but the venue said it was invalid and called it a scam. Groupon took days to respond, then sent a broken refund link. In the end, they forced Groupon Bucks and refused a refund to my original payment method.
Avoid Groupon.

No refund received and given the run around when the organisers cancelled both the Saturday and Sunday session. They advised if they cancelled refunds will be issued.

Bought a deal it was too good to be true and it was a scam . Selling office licenses at a discount.

Purchased a digital product that was made to appear to be genuine, only to it was a pirated version of the product that is also unusable due to cybersecurity concerns. Shocked this product could be available on Groupon

This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

The Groupon was not accepted at the counter, and I was told to make the booking online by myself. There was no clear explanation about how the Groupon worked, and no staff offered proper help or guidance. I booked based on the invoice price shown online, but in the end I was forced to pay an extra $60.

The pricing was extremely misleading. During regular discount hours, the same ride costs $19. However, with Groupon, the price was $29, and even after the so-called “discount,” I still paid almost $25 per ride. This was much more expensive than the normal discounted price.

On top of that, I only found out later that the Groupon credit had to be used all in one day. This important condition was not clearly explained in advance. Overall, this felt confusing, unfair, and poorly communicated. Because of this experience, I will never use Groupon again.

The only positive part was that the karting itself was fun, but the Groupon process completely ruined the experience.

Purchased a Microsoft package through Groupon because I trusted Groupon. I wasn’t just the merchant who was a scammer but also Groupon when I sought their assistance to resolve the matter. Never again

This company GROUPON are quick to keep your money if you leave it sitting in Groupon acc to long .they don't offer to return your hard earned money. When you realise its been taken and try to get it back they even try to stand over customers saying its written in fine print that they have in the policy .that is out right theft

I buy MS office 365 through Groupon. I paid $42 dollars for "office 365 pro plus - 5 device". The no link in the voucher to get the software download and license but only ask to email to an only any "outlook.com" personal email. Nothing repsonse from this email and nothing I can get. I lose $42 dollar now. I searched several AI platform about this email and mentioned a scammer. I will stay away from Groupon in the future.

This company is totally ruthless. I ordered but cancelled and asked for a refund immediately after realising the price they charged. It went from US $ 9.99 to US$ 25.99 for a piece of plastic rubbish. 5.99 was refunded due to system error, lucky me, for the rest of the money I was told it was too late and wait to receive and return after viewing the item a screen magnifier. Disappointedly PAYPAL decided not to intervene

I've had some great cheap outings, meals & beauty procedures done with Groupon & has saved me so much money.

Don’t buy a Groupon voucher, as you could run the risk of being given the run around and trouble with trying to fix up little glitches in the system between Groupon and the merchant who you will redeem your voucher through.

Groupon vouchers used to be great years ago, but just this year, l have begun to have problems with redeeming with the merchant.

The first was trying to make an appointment with Hairfanatic which l was directed to do on the Groupon platform. There were no spots left available, so l had to call the merchant to make an appointment, which l found there to be actually plenty of spots available, but was told in the Groupon fine print NOT to call Hairfanatic directly.

Another problem l just had using a Groupon voucher, was with Justwines, which appeared to be too difficult for them to sort out, but it was only what l thought was an easy thing- adding the details of my address to the delivery of my order.

I emailed Justwines and called them to tell them my delivery address, as it was missing from the original order through Groupon. A simple mistake that l thought would be easy to correct by contacting them directly, but instead l had to chase them up again because l had no reply and no delivery. I ended up having to go back to Groupon for help, before Justwines finally notified me by email that they had arranged my delivery.

However, l heard nothing more from Justwines, like you usually do when ordering- tracking, expected date of delivery, etc. It was Groupon who promptly sent me the tracking number details, after l pleaded for more information from them about the delivery.

Appalling service from both parties and getting the run around. It is just not worth it!
