Groove stands by their word. I literally never take it off. Love how comfortable the rings are. They I put them through the ringer with my job and they never disappoint. Very rugged and long lasting material.

The ordering process was super simple and the shipping was lighting fast then when my package arrived it was packed with the utmost care and little things like that I really appreciate…. Customer service is always great. I’m rough on these rings and never have a problem with replacement. They last way longer than other silicone rings I’ve purchased.

I have several Groove Life products. Recently, my ring split and cannot be worn. I filed a claim, which was a simple process, and had a resolution within a minute or two. It was very simple. I wish every customer service department was this efficient.
