Local Driffield shop not very helpful. Says I should have BOUGHT three and then price deducted at till. That is NOT how it was worded. Rang head office very unhelpful. When I asked to speak to manager was told ALL in a meeting. I am still awaiting a call back

After an Iceland delivery yesterday. Missing quite a few items.
Ringing the local store Cwmbran for the past two days and eventually just rings out.
So frustrating trying to then call the customer service and as the delivery was for my mother in law who is 82 and we order her food, they would not speak to us as we were not her 😡😡😡

Quality in food has significantly dropped, aslo can't eat any chicken from iceland anymore . Chicken brest should be riddled with gristle

Where do I start?! The fact they do bagless deliveries now is so bad. You have to handball everything and if its a big shop there is nowhere to put it all and be able to close your door afterwards. I have pets that I can't let out so can't put it in another room. I also had to lift a very heavy pack of water and was struggling, the delivery driver did nothing just stood there and waited for me to finish. There's also the issue if something isn't in stock. They either give you something else or dont give you a choice. There should be a substitute option. Think I will be shopping elsewhere in future, today was the final straw!!!

Where do I start, well the security moron has actually banned my 3 Yr old grandson from the store. All over a toothbrush for which my son and daughter in law had a receipt for. The same security moron accused my husband yrs ago of stealing and hiding something under his top, it's was his STOMA BAG. Next the same security moron allows adults to walk out with bags of security tagged meat and never challengs them but he does a genuine family with a 3 ye old child.. So iceland would you care to explain to me WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON.

Hand till had red light on for 20 minutes a man was waiting ten minutes for age verification for a bottle of drink I was not able to pay for shopping which would have cost 60 pounds was hot in shop I asked repeatedly about being able to carry on shopping I decided to leave till and shopping because everything was melting ice cream you can shake is no use meat defrosting cannot be refrozen the man in blue said he was busy getting orders and couldn’t refresh till the security staff said two people down stairs were not going to come upstairs to help one person on floor is ridiculous as Tesco over the road had 5 staff on the floor and the polish supermarket round the corner had 7 this is a joke I have been taking an disabled person shopping for 6 weeks will be giving Iceland a miss in future

Abusive driver on busy road: sounding horn, undertaking other vehicles, shouting at other drivers. Tried to raise concerns with Iceland who, whilst taking details stated “we are unable to guarantee that the driver will not be given your personal details!!!”

Absolutely atrocious online ordering system. They are so busy trying to peddle more and more products to you, they finally and most ridiculously won’t take your payment and they FAIL to inform you they won’t take payments through Amex
Today 9th July I decided to give their food deliveries another try. To check out was an absolute nightmare - their system was so busy trying to sell you more stuff that the delivery slot expired! And then it was still a nightmare trying to pay for the goods. What a bunch of idiots that have designed their online ordering systems.

I know it’s cheaper than most other supermarkets but this was inedible.
The ‘meat sauce’ was terrible. Almost black in colour with the most revolting flavour. I don’t know how they’ve got the cheek to sell this stuff

Delivery late and food out of date. Won't be online Iceland shopping again! No telephone number or email therefore no customer service!

See iceland have followed suit with the no bags business 😡 not giving a second thought to people who live in flats or are disabled making everyones shopping 10 times harder fuming im a lone women now having to carry crates of food up and down stairs!!!! Might aswell move to morrisons or asda now

Maypole shop Birmingham delivery!!!! They need to look into this shop as urgent, delivery you have paid for dont get delivery, ring shop and just get lied to !! Need to really look at their management and investigate the problems raised . I was told over phone delivery is running late ! Oh the shop is closed now!! Been ring since 230pm 20 times no one ever answers . Rang customer service they even said no one is answering and they will send a email to them. Now 5pm no response and still no shopping delieved

I don't know why iceland can't do the same as morrisons with the carrier bags they charge 10 pence each but if you give them back to delivery man to recycle you get refunded your 10 pence back so you don't stock them up or throw them away you give them back if iceland copied this l think it wounld be great for disabled people like myself who have stopped useing iceland for that reason and iceland itself used to put one item in a bag no wonder it cost them money use thinner bags pack them better refund our cost and l will come back to you if not l stay with morrisons as price wise all

shops are getting expensive

I honestly don't know what's happened to this company, but it has deteriorated something awful. I've shopped with them for years and would get large amounts delivered but I noticed it was going downhill for a year or so and recently with the food quality getting worse and their prices rising a lot, it’s not somewhere that I will shop at anymore. The last straw for me recently, was them advising me that my £190 online shop order would not be coming in bag but crates so, I just cancelled it all as I'm not having that amount of shopping turfed out by my front door, expecting me to bring it all in. I then sent them an email about it, but they didn’t bother to reply to it but had a cheek to send me a survey to score them on how well they handle my query. It would be best for them to go bust and it out of its misery.

Online delivery service ridiculous, ordered three items, received short dates , so food wasted, charges applied areshocking for a bad service, wouldn't recommend and their customer service is useless, wdnt be getting again

Terrible place for on-line shopping!
Regularly missing items or substitutes with inappropriate items with lower grade quality or worse still, substituting items on promotion with items not on promotion containing much less value for money! Like for example bigger packs on a promotion for half sized packs not on promotion that end up costing the same basically for half the amount!!
Also fresh food items are regularly very short dated!
And as for their customer services main contact number well don't even take me there! Arrogant, rude, indifferent and uncaring about any complaints issue with a total lack of understanding about how to retain regular customers!
That's it now, I totally wash my hands of this appalling supermarket once and for all !

Would give no stars if it was possible. Lovely drivers from the Telford/Shrewsbury stores. I never order anything frozen since it was all defrosted when the order arrived when i lived in Wolverhampton. Drivers need more time for deliveries now theres no carrier bags which is a stupid idea. Im a pensioner and struggle to cope with deliveries now. By the way i sent the whole order back in Wolverhampton. Think about people who struggle Iceland. Dont think i will be shopping very often, i never have a problem with frozen food from another online grocery firm

Guys please be extremely careful when ordering from the Hounslow West branch. Food arrived squashed and unedible, mouldy and filled with live worms. Staff are very rude, grumpy and horrible to talk to. They're very unprofessional and don't care at all. It won't allow me to upload any pics.
