The Bootcamp helped me get better acquainted with my voice and also gain a better understanding of the range in opportunities in voice over. It also inspire me to become interested in two other areas: the technical side of audio production, and marketing. Both Susan and her co-presenter, Adriana Davis, are extremely knowledgeable and generous in sharing expertise and insight with their students.

I am so glad that I made the trip from overseas to attend the GVCs April Bootcamp. I appreciated the experience, knowledge, passion & warmth of the GVC team and the very practical, hands-on nature of this training. It truly was an immersive 3 day experience that I learnt a lot from. From Day 1 we were interpreting scripts and behind the mic, in a professional studio, being coached/directed by Susan and Adriana (who are not only highly experienced and successful in the VO industry but are also generous teachers of their craft). The Marketing segment of the bootcamp is very useful as it gives strategic guidance to finding customers and booking work. After experiencing this bootcamp I am convinced of the quality & relevance of the GVC trainings - I will be using them for further training.

I enjoyed and appreciated every minute of those three days: reading and recording scripts, being coached and encouraged, and being part of that Voice Over Class. The take-away from this class will help me jump start my Voice Over career.

I traveled to New York from Georgia to participate in Susan Berkley's 3 Day Bootcamp Immersion Experience and it was one of the best training sessions I've ever attended. Susan Berkley and producer, Adriana Davis were the instructors and kept the learning environment , fun and upbeat. My classmates from all over the U.S. and even one person who traveled from Africa were so encouraging and fun to be with. After this weekend of receiving invaluable information about the voice talent industry and individual coaching, I know that I can start and succeed in a voice over career and that Susan and her staff will be there to assist and encourage me along the way. I would recommend The Great Voice Company to anyone and everyone who is serious about a career in voice over.

The boot camp was amazing! The speakers were patient, kind and honest. Materials shared were easy to learn, though challenging as well. The only thing that I would change, would be to have had more opportunities behind the microphone. I was told that our class had many students and there was just not enough time for more opportunities. I understood why we only had three turns, however; my passion for this newly discovered field is why I felt more time would have made my experience even greater than it was.

I truly enjoyed Susan's class. As a former educator, I noticed Susan's lesson plans and methods for us were extremely well planned and executed. She was down to earth as was Adriana, Mark and Nate. Class participation was painless after you got over the nervousness.The nervousness didn't last long because you were made to feel welcome to explore a new field of endeavor. I highly recommend Susan and Great Voice for any and all interested in training for a voice actor career. Her marketing plan can be used in just about any business endeavor. Susan knows her field.You can't go wrong!

I began to look into Voice Over work 2 years ago as an "exit strategy" to retirement. I took a class in L.A. - a good beginning, but there were so many unanswered questions. I am in my fourth month of the Voice Over Training Institute (VOTI) program and can hardly believe how much I have grown. I was fortunate enough to be paired with my coach, Adriana Davis, who pushed (in a good way!) and encouraged me into "finding my voice" and together we produced a great first demo. I asked for some editing and production changes in the demo and was very happy that Susan and her staff were willing to work with me to do this. There is a whole team dedicated to student support and I am grateful for all their assistance; Mark, my VOTI talent advisor, for whom I auditioned and who has answered my every question, and Christopher, the engineer, who is helping a total non-techie figure out her equipment. I would recommend this program to anyone who is serious about a career in the voice over industry.

This program is not for the lighthearted person who wants someone to tell you to sit on the sideline and let them decided for you when you are ready to make your demo. This program is for someone who understands that DOING is an action of being productive in the business.
