I contacted Graco to find out if it's possible to get three replacement parts for the Graco Evo we have. (We've had it a long time so wear and tear had taken it's toll). Only one of them was available but they sent it straight out at no charge. Prompt and polite service.

We have a duo buggy and the rear wheel assemble was wearing, I contacted Customer Service and they were extremely helpful, they sent a replacement for free, i was happy to pay for it but was told no charge.

Was very happy that Graco agreed to send spare wheels for the push chair free of charge.

We buy a baby scooter and there were no fastenings to fix the wheels in the packaging material. We had requested this from Graco Germany several times. We haven't even received an answer yet. Ultimately, amazon reimbursed part of the purchase price. There are many reviews on Amazon, almost 10% that contribute to the devaluation of individual products. In particular, the German customer service is not responding. That's why I no longer buy GRACO products.
wir kaufen einen Babytroller und in dem Verpackungsmaterial befanden sich keine befestigungen für die Räder. Dieses hatten wir mehrfach bei graco deutschland angefordert. Wir haben noch nicht einmal eine Antwort erhalten. Schließlich hat amazon einen Teil des Kaufpreises zurückerstattet. Bei Amazon gibt es viele Bewertungen, fast 10% die zur Abwertung einzelnen Produkte beitragen. Insbesondere der deutsche Kundenservice reagiert nicht. Deshalb kaufe ich keine Produkte von GRACO mehr.

This is a waste of time from the start. The entire website is not customer-oriented; the business model is not designed to provide an after-sales service for your goods.****

Das ist von vorneherein Zeitverschwendung. Die gesamte Internetseite ist nicht kundenorientiert; das Geschäftsmodell ist nicht darauf ausgerichtet, einen Service nach dem Kauf Ihrer Waren zu bieten.

I am absolutely amazed by this company's customer service. I bought my stroller from them 5 years ago and my car seat is still in pristine condition but have lost my insert. Even though it's been discontinued, they will send me a different insert to go with my car seat FOR FREE. I was fully prepared to pay for it as I didn't expect this. Super lovely and accommodating of them. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Amazing customer service. I've contacted them to find out if I am able to purchase a tray for a high chair as I lost it while moving houses. Response was the same day and after confirming the model I will be sent replacement tray free of charge within 5 days. Honestly wasn't expecting this and I am positively surprised. I will be choosing graco brand more often when shopping for my daughter and recommend it to others. Well done for providing quality products and excellent customer service.

I have 5 children so have used Graco products for about 20 years. This year was the first time I've had reason to contact customer services.

We bought the Snack N Stow highchair, mostly for it's compact fold. We have had other highchairs in the past and knew that this style is what best suits our family. Our son sits comfortably in it, upright, which was what we wanted, as in some other styles and brands he seemed to slouch or manage to escape. The 5 point harness offers the same amount of protection as a pushchair harness and fits him snuggly. Which is important for us as our boy is a climber! The seat is lightly padded and is wipe clean. We have the subtle lemon and grey fruit print design which is complimentary of most interiors.

I stupidly made the mistake of putting my seat cover and straps into the washing machine on a 40° wash! The straps were fine but the plastic on the seat melted. I contacted customer services to see if I could buy a replacement but they have been kind enough to replace it free of charge! All correspondence was via email and it has been a very quick, easy and pleasant experience.

I would definitely recommend Graco products and say that their customer services department is one of the best I have dealt with.

I couldn't fault the company. Very easy to get in contact with , fast response and a very fast resolution. I'm very pleased with my experience with customer care. Graco definitely put their customers first and are very customer orientated, the most important thing to have a successful company!

Possibly the most helpful, friendly and efficient customer service I've ever had!! I've been buying graco products for over 12 years and never had to contact them before as their products are so reliable and well made. I lost a part for my travel cot on holiday and was gutted. I contacted graco to see if they sold the part... not only did they help me with the model number but, sent me the part for free!! It arrived within a couple of days and I'm still chuffed to bits. Thank you graco for being a fabulous company with wonderful customer service.

I had lost the 5 point harness for my daughters car seat that I wanted to use for her younger brother. I contacted Graco to see if I was able to purchase a new one and they said if they had one in stock they would send it to me for free, they had one and it’s on its way! Great service!

Had lost the connection pieces to attach the change mat to the main travel cot. Searched everywhere to find some to buy. Eventually went to Graco and they came back straight away offering to send replacements for free! Such good customer service.
