The jacket I ordered didn’t fit and was poor quality. After many unanswered emails I was told It is not possible to return goods to a UK address and offered discount on a further purchase. I had no intention of paying them any more money. After much haggling the best I could get was a 30% refund. I’m surprised this policy is acceptable in the UK - would advise shoppers to find alternatives.

If I could give no stars I would. This company are just FAKE. You are led to believe they are a UK company, their merchandise looks lovely, but it is just TAT. The dresses took ages to arrive, and even though on the label it says Southall, they are in HONG KONG. They asked if I would like to keep the dresses and take a 75% discount, to which I said no. They also offered a 15% refund !! No was my answer. They are more than reluctant to send me a returns address, and I only get 1 email a day which is at 08.40 each morning. I have now instructed my bank to try and make a claimback, and just hope that works. Lets get this SCAM company closed

Not even worth 1 star. Paid a good amount of money for some lounge wear for my partner and the quality is diabolical. Not even worth 10% of what i payed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Company is based in China not UK as advertised.
False representation of items on online site and when you do eventually receive your item in my case the Lumiere jumpsuit it looks like a piece of net curtain sewed badly by my Nan that forgot to wear her bifocals! Absolutely shocking!
And when I have demanded to send item back after refusing 15% & 20% refund they have given me the address in China and said basically it doesn't stand a chance of being returned so we are keeping your money!
I am contacting my bank and trading standards but don't hold out much hope as this is a blatant SCAM!!!!

Avoid at all costs. Similar to below experiences and haven’t even got my item yet. Just going to take this one as a loss I reckon. Their website says delivery in 5-7 days. LOL utter lies. Clearly based in china. Reporting to trading standards as they are posing as a UK company.

Product did not respond the advertising ones. Made in China. Refund ( the letter they send when requested refund)- options straight way 15% 20% refund of purchase , or refund not guaranteed as parcel might be lost sending back at your expense to China address.

Ordered Boots, thinking they were in UK. Item delivered was cheap replica of another company's boot, they had even gone as far as to steal the other company's pictures and description of item. To return I have to pay, contacted my bank to help who have been useless.

My experience from start to finish was absolutely dreadful. I ordered the lumiere jumpsuit and received what I can only describe as granny curtains. The description is false and I have been completely catfished.

Not only is the jumpsuit a total horror but the company itself is. I ordered thinking it was a UK website but giving the amount of time it look to arrive it didn’t take me long to realise it was china. As soon as I got my item i immediately emailed to say I wanted a return. They then made me send pictures and offered me discount in the future. Obviously I will never order from here again. I should have gone on here before ordering but DO NOT ORDER. Total scam.

Absolute scam of a company. The website suggests they are based in the UK when in fact based in China. Total false advertisement across their page. Wouldn’t cancel the order when I asked and when it did eventually arrive it was nothing like what was advertised. Online showed a sequin catsuit, received was cheap material, not a sequin in site. Same thing they offer a pathetic discount or to ship back to China !!. I’ll be contacting my bank and reporting these scammer

Bought an oversized coat which does not meet the product description and not oversized at all. Considering I'm a small female and most clothing by default are oversized.
As per previous reviews, I took believed it was a UK company but refunds exceed half the price of the item and not worth sending back. I've been offered 20% to 30% discount after refuting. Read reviews before you buy from new clothing companies or any company for that matter!

This company will procrastinate and not help with returning an item. When returning something you are supposed to email ‘Customer Service’ for the returns address. Then they want a photo of the, in this case, boots before processing - no mention of any photos on their refunds/returns page which I would have sent to begin with if it had. They have offered a 20% discount in one email and when I accepted, they made no mention of it in their next. I sent a screenshot of their policy and they came back with “we need a photo of the boots, as it says on the refunds and returns page.” Perhaps I’m just conversing with an AI.

Not a good experience. I bought an item believing they were in the UK. It took nearly 3 weeks to arrive and the quality was nothing like in the photos. The returns process involved sending an email to them explaining why I wanted to return it. They replied asking for photos of the item and packaging, which I then provided. Then they replied offering for me to keep the garment and have a 20% refund. I said no, so they replied offering for me to keep the garment and have a 25% refund. Again I said no, so they finally sent me the returns form, saying I had to return the item at my expense, to an address in China. The cost to do this is almost half the cost of the garment! I checked their website and they are definitely pretending to be in the UK, with a London registered address and a UK contact phone number (this is a mobile phone number, which is a big red flag). Unfortunately I hadn't looked into their true location when I bought the item.

To sum up: they are based in China NOT the UK, the item took far too long to arrive, their returns process is shockingly bad, and expecting customers to pay to return items to China is ridiculous!
