Wouldn’t even give this 1 star. Don’t even bother ordering from here. Total scam. Took ages to come and website based says in the UK when it is actually in China. Was offered a 15% refund of £45! I should be entitled to a full refund! The product on the website looks stunning - completely different dress arrived and the quality was woeful. Absolutely shocking. Don’t make the same mistake I did!

I ordered a leather sherpa, fur lined biker Jacket made from high quality synthetic leather in dark brown.
I just received a jacket that bares no resemblance to the advertised jacket.
In fact the jacket is made from extremely cheap synthetic material, NOT high quality synthetic leather. The colour is NOT dark brown but a copper colour. The inside is NOT even like wool.
It cost £80 a huge disappointment. I requested a refund.

DO NOT use this company. The item we received is a cheap fake, not as described and not, as advertised. Not even made from the same fabric and clearly not the item in the photo on the website. The company says it is based in UK but it is not as the item took weeks to arrive and tracking showed it had to clear customs at the airport. I have requested a full refund but have yet to hear back.

Send a completely different outfit, and refused to give me a refund, after go back and fourth got 25 % back off 30 quid which is 7 quid absolute joke don't buy from There !!!

Received a jacket whose only resemblance to the advertised product was the colour, I received a cheap knock off, that probably cost buttons to make and ripped off the workers who made it

Unfortunately I read all the exact same negative reviews AFTER purchasing the worst dress ever. The dress took 4 weeks to arrive, cheap synthetic material, it didn’t look anything like the photo and completely unwearable! There was NO return option as I wrote to customer services THREE times with no reply. This site is a total scam…AVOID!

Absolute rubbish quality product, nothing like the photo and description on the sellers website.
No returns service, they ask you to provide your bank details on the returns form and post to a address in China. Not happy doing that! The address has lots of other companies operating from there, all with bad reviews.

This company is bogus. Do not use at any cost.
There is a main holding company who has registered lots of smaller companies, these companies all have websites selling the same items. The items are photographed to look amazing but arrive from China and are cheap and nasty.
I ordered from a company called Vorina which has now closed after I tried to get a refund for around 5 months. I ordered 2 shetland knit jumpers and received 2 machine made pieces of crap. I asked for a refund but was offered 25% off which I did not accept. I ended up returning the items at my own cost but still received no refund. Absolute scam.
The smaller company websites are all very similar, re-skinned to look different with different names but all selling the same or similar products. A few to look out for are Eclat Emporium, Glasskin and Thomwood. These are selling the exact same items I purchased, using the exact same photographs.
I am onto them.

I would actually rate this as a -100 if I could. I ordered a quality 2 x cashmere knitwear £59.00 and received 100% polyester top. Absolutely scam site! I've been offered a 15% refund ... can you actually believe it!
Their customer service is very responsive but it's quiet clear they know they are selling very poor quality and expect you wanting to return the items.
Order away guys it you want to throw good money in BAD poor items. Good luck if you too like me are reading these reviews after placing you're orders

Scammer, do not buy anything! Cheap plastic trainers would not sell for £5! The website policies hide the fact that unsatisfied customers must return TRACKED packages to China!!!! The UK return address they put on the packages is fake. STOP this scam

The item was advertised as an Icelandic knitted hoodie. £33. After three weeks, what arrived was shamefully different. It's made of a synthetic plastic material, badly sewn together with no labels inside. It is trash. I can't state strongly enough how bad it is. Please don't make the same mistake.

Ordered a fleece jacket. Sent a completely different one, said they were a Uk company, but returns are to China!! So would cost more to return! Scammers! Avoid!

Don’t waste your money, ordered dresses and they took 4 weeks to arrive and were nothing like the photo and video on line. Very poor quality, awful colour and cheap. Yes customer service replied next day and yes they were lovely, however it cost £28 to return them

I ordered a bag from this company prior to seeing the reviews. I panicked & contacted them with queries.
I have to say, they replied quickly. When the item arrived I was very pleased. No issues with quality at all.

If i could give this company a minus 10 I would,received my order after a month and it’s absolutely disgusting not like the picture at all tried to return it and guess what according to there website I've never ordered anything ,absolutely disgraceful company,they should be banned ,take your money and you can’t return

Disgraceful company to deal with. Item took a month to arrive and is not as the picture on the website, they are now demanding pictures of the item before they can agree to have it back and even then they expect me to pay to post it back and they will also deduct 15% off my refund.

They are only getting one star as there is no option to give 0 stars.

The product you receive shares no resemblance to the images advertised. I didn’t check trust pilot first, but if you are reading this please purchase elsewhere.
