Bara nöjd! Enkel process från början till slut. Resultatet blev bättre än jag kunnat hoppats på. Service och bemötande från beställning till monteringen var trevlig, proffsig och noggrann. Rekommenderar varmt!

A few weeks ago I ordered the curtains and the information about the maximum span of the curtains was NOT anywhere on the product page. (Btw: they added it after my complaint, pretending it had nothing to do with it). As a result: I spent nearly 700 euros on curtains that aren’t wide enough and Gotain refuses to refund me.

Amazing customer service and support from Sandra at Gotain.
I needed a new blind and also a spare part for a Gotain blind we had already purchased. Sandra is so quick to get back to me, sort out any issues. and ensure we received the goods in the quickest time.
A truly positive experience and the products are beautiful.

Really disappointed with the experience. During the "curtain planning", they measured the floor instead of the ceiling, so I ended up having to measure myself anyway (even though we had a visible ladder on site). They measured the width and length, but it turned out wrong. During the measurement, we agreed that the curtains should reach the floor, maybe a bit longer. They don’t even touch the floor. The hooks for the curtain mounts are of poor quality and break easily. Not what you would expect in this price range.

So I do not think they live up to what they promise on their website.

On the positive side, the fabric is nice, and the blackout curtains look good.

Do not recommend.

Fantastic curtains very well made, great price. Excellent communication and phone video option made all the difference. I tried Hillary’s here in UK, but the fabric was man made and overpriced compared to Gotain. Delivery was fast and easy (DHL) Highly recommend Ann-Louise and Gotain!

Ann-Louise helped with curtain planning & made the proccess so smooth, especially when measuring on your own can be stressful. The curtains arrived earlier than expected and the quality is unmatched. We love them!

Only note i’d make is that there is a qr code that links to an installation video, but there is no English version which was a bit difficult in figuring out how to hang them.

Trevlig, proffsig, personlig och varm service och kontakt av Anna Sollevi. Fått bra hjälp och svar utifrån mina tankar och frågor. Och superfina gardiner såklart! Kanonhjälp hittills. Så hoppas även på fin och bra upphängning och montering av gardinerna, sen när det är dags.

I worked with Annlouise who helped me plan and measure my curtains. She was so helpful and patient, and this service is amazing! I ordered samples which arrived quickly and were lovely. Then annlouise helped me to make my final decisions. The curtains are arriving today, so I am excited!

Great service and advice from Ann-Louise! The curtains are great, although they arrived with no installation instructions so you need an average ability at DIY to install them. The videos on the website don’t have nearly enough information, particularly for English speakers! But the curtains are beautifully made, simple but high quality and the process of choosing and ordering was very straight forward. Overall, a great service.
