Jättenöjd med Märta som kom hem till oss och hjälpte oss med gardiner till sovrummet. Vi bor i en sekelskifteslägenhet med 3+ M i takhöjd så det krävs ordentliga gardiner för att ge rummet rättvisa. Märta var väldigt duktig och kom med mycket tankar och förslag baserade på våra önskemål, både vad gällde färg och material/stil. Ska verkligen bli spännande att se slutprodukten på plats!

Märta kom som en frisk fläkt med input o färgval! Snabbt, enkelt & elegant! Love it!

Superbra service! Fick hembesök där Jakob från Gotain hjälpte till att styra upp så min vision kunde bli verklighet. Jättenöjd med allt, det enda är väl att det är lite pricey, men i övrigt kan jag inte annat än hylla! 5 av 5 ⭐️

We have our curtains, voile and black out, since many months now and honestly- we regret the purchase. The quality is overall cheap, every morning and evening we are annoyed with how hard it is to open or close the windows- the feeling is cheaper than many years ago with IKEA. We also have high quality curtains in other rooms and the difference is huge. I would therefore rather spend 50-100% more in price overall and have a much more luxurious feel for the fabric and movement of curtains.

The initial customer service though helping you find the right product was very nice and I would’ve never thought the quality to be in that low range.

So if you really want to improve from an IKEA experience you have to go for true curtain fabrics and professional racks.

Väldigt trevlig och lyhörd

I ordered from Gotain for the first time after seeing their Instagram ads. Before placing the order, I had 3–4 online consultations and many emails over the course of about three months with Niklas, who was incredibly helpful and patient with our many questions and long decision-making process. We were very thorough with measurements and re-measured the windows and walls multiple times. Up until placing the order, the customer experience was excellent and gave us a lot of confidence.

I was very excited to finally receive the Roman blinds and curtains, but unfortunately the experience after delivery has been disappointing.
1. Curtains: The sheer curtains ended up being shorter than expected. The top attachment to the rail takes approximately a couple cm more than anticipated, which results in the curtains hanging about 3 cm above the floor instead of the intended near-floor length. For made-to-measure, floor-length curtains, this is quite noticeable and disappointing.
2. Roman blinds: We ordered two separate Roman blinds that were clearly specified to be installed next to each other, with the requirement that both the height and the horizontal fold lines align precisely. During our consultations, we were assured that this would not be an issue. However, once installed, the blinds do not align, and the difference is clearly visible.

Unfortunately, Niklas has since left the company, and I have struggled to get a response from customer service regarding these issues, despite reaching out by email. This lack of follow-up has been especially disappointing after such a positive pre-sales experience.

Overall, while the consultation phase was excellent, the final result and after-sales support did not meet my expectations for a premium, made-to-measure service. At this point, I am unsure whether I would recommend Gotain to family and friends.

Gardinerna blev 3 veckor försenade utan att jag fick information. Upptäckte det själv när jag inte fick någon leverans.
Jag beställde mönstrade gardiner. Mönsterrapporterna överensstämde inte med varandra på våderna. När jag påpekade de så fick jag till svar att det skulle jag bett om vid beställningen om det var viktigt. Kunde inte reklamera och fick ingen kompensation.

I ordered Roman blinds with Gotain and used the online consultation for figuring out the correct measurements. Alicia was very helpful and assisted me throughout the entire process. Excellent customer service and I cannot wait to receive the final product :)

Så smidig process, i allt från bokning av hembesök, erhålla offert direkt efter samt beställning.

Det kändes tryggt med hembesök för att få experthjälp med mått, guidning/råd i val av tyger etc. Vi uppskattade det mycket. Gotains tyger är därtill fantastiska!

I ordered curtains from Gotain based on a promotional campaign stating that if you ordered before a certain date, the curtains would arrive one week before Christmas. This was the main reason I placed the order.
The curtains did not arrive on time, and there was no proactive communication from Gotain. We had to contact them ourselves to find out what was going on. Only then were we told that a part was missing and that it was “out of their hands,” meaning they could not deliver as promised. There was no apology and no acknowledgment that running a campaign with guaranteed delivery dates comes with responsibility.

The curtains eventually arrived weeks later, long after Christmas. To make matters worse, we then discovered that the cord systems for the folding curtains were different from curtain to curtain, despite being ordered together from the same company. Apparently, this is mentioned very briefly somewhere on their website if you read through everything — but that does not change the basic expectation that curtains ordered together should look the same. No reasonable customer would expect mismatched systems.

Customer service showed no real interest in helping, problem-solving, or meeting us halfway. The overall attitude felt dismissive and unconcerned.

In summary: misleading campaign promises, poor communication, late delivery, inconsistent products, and unhelpful customer service. I would not recommend Gotain and will not be ordering from them again.

Beställde 3 st måttbeställda mörkläggningsgardiner i linne. Den 3e var 2cm kortare än de andra 2 vilket syns tydligt när de hänger bredvid varandra då den ena svävar ovan golv. Till svar får man att de blir längre med tiden. Har svårt att se hur gardiner som är ihopsydda med polyester på baksidan kan bli längre, iaf i kanterna samt att alla då blir längre. De menar även att de friskriver sig från allt som är under 1%diff vilket hos mig skulle motsvara nästan 3cm vilket är fruktansvärt på en gardin för 5000kr styck. Detta står dock ej under respektive gardin utan under reklamationer.

Put the pleating tape was put on upside down so we couldn’t hang the curtains. They wanted us to send them back so we’d have to wait another 3 weeks which we weren’t prepared to do. Eventually gave us 30% refund but had to negotiate this. Didn’t want to take accountability that they’d sent us a faulty product. Plenty of alternatives to use instead.

Ordered a sample and afterwards curtains in ivory. Curtains came in a different colour being white upon which I sent back the curtains. Gotain insisted that colour ivory is right and that a difference in „variation in colour“ is indicated. Why sending a sample then if colour matching is like a Russian roulette and cannot be relied on? Gotain refused to take back curtains and correct colouring based on sample provided. Very poor customer experience. Especially for the high price. I do not recommend.

Produkterna håller i vanliga fall hög kvalitet, men det uppstod ett tillverkningsfel på mina plädar som gjorde att de släppte stora tussar. När jag kontaktade kundsupport fick jag endast råd om hur jag kunde hantera plädarna, vilket drog ut på tiden tills deras 14 dagars reklamationsperiod hade passerat.

Jag skickade sedan tillbaka plädarna, men fick besked om att de enbart kunde erbjuda ett tillgodokvitto eftersom reklamationstiden hade löpt ut. Jag förklarade tydligt att jag inte ville ha ett tillgodo, utan pengarna tillbaka men jag har fortfarande inte fått någon återbetalning..

Ann-Louise var otroligt hjälpsam, snabb på att svara och gav värdefulla råd för vårt funkis-hem. Vi är väldigt glada och tacksamma för det fina bemötandet!
