Working with Go Real Travel was an absolute delight! I told them I needed a one month itinerary for six family members traveling together from Vienna to Saltsburg, to Bratislava, to Budapest and back to Vienna Airport for our flight home in the United States. We wanted private transfers between hotels, private walking tours of the old cities, excursions into the local areas and some free time with suggestions. Martin put an itinerary together for us that met every request and then some. Samantha and Julian fine tuned the few changes we asked for and executed our travel plans perfectly. When we had any questions along the way that we needed immediate answers for they responded within minutes! The local tour guides and transfer drivers were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. A real delight to spend time with! Our hotels could not have been better located. Close to everything we wanted to see and do with lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops. I highly recommend working with Go Real Travel and know we are all planning on using them again to help us plan our next trip.

The ease in planning, the great communication and support from the Go Real Travel staff, the documentation provided, the follow up to ensure we were comfortable and at ease with our plans, the amazing accommodations, the expert private transportation, the phenomenal tour guides all were integral parts of making this trip to Italy the best vacation ever.

Go Real Travel is a top-notch travel group. They plan trips with the stops that are important to you. We were not locked into some pre-planned tour, but rather we had a custom trip for two at an affordable price. The people at Go Real Travel are knowledgeable about hotel locations and hire excellent tour guides. The hotels were centrally located within each city, and they were clean with friendly, helpful staff. Every driver and tour guide met us at the appointed time in the correct location. The tour guides were well spoken in the English language and were well versed in the history and sites in each city we visited. We have even remained in contact with two of our four guides. What a nice bonus! Self-guided tours were well planned in each city by Go Real Travel. Transportation from one location to another was seamless.

Well before our trip we were able to video conference with one of the staff to review the rough itinerary. It was nice to put a name with a face. The staff is completely reachable throughout the trip as well as prior to the trip to make the experience flawless.

There were many personal touches at the hotels along the way including champagne to welcome us to our first city and a birthday cake on my husband's birthday. Excellent attention to detail.

This was a fabulous experience from start to finish. All we had to do was just show up with our suitcases. We look forward to our next trip with Go Real Travel in the spring of 2025.

The company was great- especially for a first visit to a new country. They provided essential tips, need to knows and good to knows. Handy app to help you review available options and provide immediate info. Crucial 24 hour helpline in case of any issues, especially helpful when you don’t speak the language. They have great suggestions for activities and provide great private tours. They handled all the critical details, especially some you might miss on your own.

Great planning and execution. The Go Real Travel Staff is very knowledgeable, reachable, responsive, helpful and very easy to work with. We were so impressed that we are planning another trip in the Spring and have several more trips in planning. We wouldn't work with or travel with anyone else but Go Real Travel. They are superb and the best in the Travel Industry!!

Well organized and comprehensive detail in a long trip to Croatia, Slovenia and Montenegro. Sights recommended were all outstanding and accommodations were very nice and logistically well located. Assigned drivers were excellent and on time. Drivers offered lots of good information and were all friendly.

With help from Go Real Travel we enjoyed a fantastic 20 day trip in Central Europe in September: Krakow to Budapest. I did hours of research (I like that part) before a friend suggested we contact Go Real Travel, which is based in Prague. The company had customized a trip for them several years ago and she was impressed with their service. We were equally impressed. They took my outline of what I wanted to see and shaped it into a draft itinerary. They made suggestions for interesting side trips (In every case they were worthwhile) and clarified what they could set up for us (visiting salt mines) and what we would need to reserve in advance (tour of the Hungarian Parliament) and gave us links for the latter. They reserved hotel rooms (everyone was in ideal location, had delicious morning buffet, and was clean and comfortable) and arranged for an experienced local guide for each city we were in, a definite highlight for us. The guides provided both orientation to the historic districts and historical background, but also their personal and family experience during the political shifts since World War ll. Go Real Travel also arranged transport between cities. We were met at the airport and train stations by a driver who took us to our hotel; how easy and stress-free for us!
Despite the time difference between California and Prague the Go Real Travel team talked to us online and responded promptly to emails. We could check on our itinerary through the website. The final very detailed itinerary (over 200 pages we downloaded to our phone) was very thorough. Walking routes, which tram or bus line to use, expected time of travel, brief historical or architectural information of the sights and other useful tips were very helpful. In addition the physical maps of each city (delivered to our first hotel) are fantastic! Each city was designated by color-coded sectors, with sights/sites and recommended restaurants clearly labeled.
We were especially grateful for the staff at Go Real Travel when we arrived at the Krakow train station for our overnight train to Prague. Due to torrential rains throughout Central Europe and resulting floods our train was canceled! What to do? At 10:30 we called Samantha, our contact person at Go Real. Within 20 minutes she had confirmed a hotel room and assured us there would be a personal driver in the morning to take us to Prague (we split the cost with the company). What a relief! We are fairly experienced travelers but working with Go Real Travel made our trip worry free as well as a rich and rewarding experience.

Our trip to Italy was exquisitely planned by Samantha at GoReal Travel. Every detail was thought of and the extensive itinerary with precise directions was incredible. Our personal guides were fabulous and our personal transportation was handled professionally throughout our trip. We used the GoReal Travel app every day for details, directions and ideas of what we could do with our planned “down” time. We travelled with another couple and we all thought our accommodations were exactly what we wanted. My only suggestion would be that GoReal Travel communicate with all group travelers rather than just one. We had a small group (only 4) so this could have been done better. Passing info along to others can be confusing. Overall, however, we would still rate our experience as 5 stars!

Our trip to Croatia was unbelievably fantastic all due to the magnificent organisation by Martin, Samantha and the team from Go Real Travel. We loved the experiences they recommended ,the hotels they chose, the knowledgeable guides at every place we visited and The seamless and reliable transfers everywhere . This was so important for a couple of octagenerians travelling with a daughter who has a disability. This is the second time we have travelled with Go Real Travel and will if possible do another. I forgot to mention the detailed itinerary they provided which included so much information and suggestions was so very helpful 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

The whole process was great from start to finish. I had a trip between Split and Dubrovnik in Croatia. Using the tool online helped me understand what possible ideas I could have to help cater my trip. I then spoke with agents to get their opinions as they learned what I was most interested in as well. Overall, quite easy!

On the trip things were even easier where people always came to me. Meaning, drivers, tour guides etc. I never felt fully lost with all the directions the team gave me and how personalized each driver and tour guide was to me.

Finally, there was one mishap on my connection from Split to Mostar to Dubrovnik. However, I called the help number that was there specifically for my trip and the team helped to fix it right away! Since there is a lot of planning and moving parts on my trip things happen so it’s understandable, but the team helped work to fix it right away which was so great.

Trying to plan a 3 week trip with transportation, hotels, restaurants, tours, etc. from 5000 miles away is difficult at best. GoRealTravel removed all of the difficulty. Their taking the time to understand our preferences, and then the details they put into our travel plan was exceptional. From the driver who met us on our arrival in Ljubljana to the details of our hotel and restaurant recommendations, tours, places to explore and see along the way in Slovenia, Croatia ending our trip in Venice, were just great. The tours and guides were very good with two being exceptional. Their pre-trip planning and support was beyond what we expected only to be surpassed by the support received while actually traveling. Probably the most impressive part of their service is the personal time they take to ensure the details are all there and correct. Their app works extremely well and was so helpful. The 165 page detail booklet we printed before we left just in case was very helpful especially in the evening when planning our next days activities. If there is an issue or you have some questions after you start your trip, they provide 24/7 support via phone, WhatsApp, or text. The fact that they really understand our travel preferences makes it so much nicer and easier to plan our trips. We have used them in the past and they just plain do it right. We wouldn't think of using someone else and will use them for our next trip. Only thing we will change and it is OUR responsibility; we didn't allow ourselves enough time in each place we visited. This was another "trip of a lifetime" thanks to GoRealTravel and their team. Kudos and many thanks for another wonderful experience.

Thanks GoReal for a vacation of a life time. Everything was planned and executed amazingly. All of our accommodations were beautiful, comfortable and located in fun, convenient locations. Transport was arranged from airports and train stations. All of which worked out great and saved me lots of worries. The activities and tours planned all flowed well together. All of the communication from GoReal was prompt and very helpful. Even for this being my first time in Europe on my own, this made it far less intimidating and made everything very accessible. Having the app on hand made taking our own tours even easier. Any trip back to Europe will be booked through them. Thanks for an amazing trip!

We booked a holiday in Italy for just over 2 weeks with Go real. What can I say, the service was so efficient, friendly and mindful of us as individual customers that I have never had a better travel experience. The documentation, the vouchers and tickets and everything we needed were just perfectly put together. the hotels were exactly as we would have wanted them to be and all local tours were staffed by knowledgeable and interesting people. Go Real made our travel come alive with all these arrangements. And the support from material such as the online app, detailed and summary instructions for reference etc. made sure we do not have any uncertainty and can be left to just focus on the pleasure of travel. We also had great support on email and WhatsApp not just before the trip, but also during and after the trip. We did not need help, but we were constantly looked after and there were regular checks that all was going well. And the icing on the cake - Go real had even ordered a bottle of prosecco for us to start out holiday in Venice. I cannot but praise and thank Go Real immensely for their wonderful service,

This trip to Poland/Prague that Go Real Travel organized for - and with - me, was tremendous! I was very impressed and delighted by the care and support I received from Martin, Julian and Samantha. This started from the initial conversations, and continued right on through organizing the trip's details, which accommodated well my own particular needs and desires, as well as the ready and steady support during the trip itself!

The itinerary was packed with rich, history and details of the cities I visited. The maps and attention to precise details of a variety of routes, as well as the articulate information regarding all my transfers...All of these were marvellous and greatly appreciated. It made my wandering (which can sometimes head off the beaten paths) - and city-to-city travel, relaxed and easy.

There was a single hiccup with one of my reservations for travel: the scheduled overnight train was booked. This was disappointing as it demanded some shifts in the plans we had organized. However, Samantha offered options and quickly reorganized my train travel in a manner that allowed me to follow as close as possible to the original plan, and she arranged things well, in both cities, for this change in the timing of departure /arrival.

I want to mention my guide in Warsaw that Go Real organized: Agnieszka. She was fantastic! This tour was among the highlights of my trip. Her knowledge of the city was vast and layered - both its past and present - and she shared it with so much generosity, warmth, clarity and ease. This is the kind of guided tour that opens doors to a city/locale. It made for a truly inspiring, joyful, and energized time as I continued on my own in Warsaw.

The hotels that Go Real organized were all lovely. I appreciated the conversations about my needs and wants with regard to hotels: their locations, cleanliness and costs. I was happy overall with where I stayed. In Prague, I was right by Old Town Square, which was an excellent location for walking everywhere - something I love to do - but also: an area that is action-packed with tourists. Had I been better aware that this might be the case, I might have chosen one of the other options. Still, the hotel itself - once upon a time a Dominican Abbey - was quite beautiful. The breakfasts in ALL the hotels in which I stayed were great and had lots of options. All the rooms were very comfortable, clean, and the staff friendly and helpful.

Also in Prague, there was an event I learned about upon arriving and wished to attend. I was struggling to get tickets. Samantha and Julian helped me navigate this. I was able to uncover how to get TIX - and I did! Their attentiveness and full support around this was tremendous and hugely appreciated!
As someone of a certain age, and as a woman travelling on my own, assumptions can sometimes be made about needs, wants and interests. I learned how important it is to communicate anything that might be outside the expected box or norm. I especially appreciated when Samantha asked, as the trip was being organized if I had visited Prague before. She noted that some of the usual attractions were not yet on the itinerary. This allowed for a conversation about my desire to have open time to wander and uncover alternate spaces and places, galleries, art and neighbourhoods - which I did!
The itinerary was a full one, but it also offered possibilities of free- flow and ease, and I didn't always follow its daily, written schedule. However, because it held such a wealth of information, I was happily able to cover most of it during my time in the given city. If I missed something, it was due to my own choice to wander, discover, or take in areas or venues at a slower pace.

This was the first time my travel has been organized by an agency. I now understand the benefits! I would certainly use Go Real again. The consultants all provided a wealth of detailed, layered and clear information, alongside sharing multiple, educated and considered options, admirable and appreciated support, good organization and great care. It was a mighty fine trip and travel experience! I look forward to more!

This was our “trip of a lifetime” and the Go Real Travel team made it a reality. From booking our accommodations, to all the transportation details and providing excellent suggestions for tours and excursions, it was one stop shopping. Highly recommend for your next trip.

We are a family of 5 with 3 boys (21, 17, 15). We needed to attend a wedding in Budapest this last July, celebrate our son's 21st in Prague, and wrap up our vacation in Vienna. This was the first time our children had been to Europe. I reached out to Martin and explained exactly how we wanted this vacation to go. Martin handled ALL of it (except our plane flights), answered all of my questions, and tailored our plans perfectly!!! Samantha was assigned to us and sent us a very detailed itinerary (150 pages). Wow! The first leg of our vacation (San Fransisco to Istanbul) was a mess. Before I could call Samantha, she had already been tracking our flight, made arrangements with transportation crew, hotels, etc. and gave us specific instructions on what to do next! Amazing! Throughout our entire vacation, Samantha made it clear that she is available 24/7! She helped us navigate all three cities, and even helped us during a commercial train derailment in Slovakia that delayed our train. Because of Samantha (and Martin), our Euro Tour was the family trip of a lifetime! We can't thank the two of you enough! We can't wait for you to help with our next trip!!! A++

This is the third time that we have Go Real Travel to arrange our trips. This group has professionals from the planning office to those execute activities on site. It started with a detailed plan for the desired trip, just tell the advisor how many days and where you would like to go. Then the rest is handled smoothly, for the actual travel. Hotels are all selected in very convenient locations and near the center of activity. The local tour guides are all veterans with many years of experience. Then the next day or two, you can decide yourself what you would like to see based on the information provided. They all have lots of knowledge of the sites. Transportation pickups were all on time and drivers are courteous and friendly. They all can speak English so help to know the area too. I highly recommend Go Real Travel to those don't know what to do with their travel. Go Real Travel will take away the hassles from you, so you can enjoy the trip.

The hotels, while they differed in their strengths, were overall very good. The travel arrangements and instructions were spot on and the tours and tour guides were very good. Using Go Real Travel saved me a ton of time planning this trip and the results were likely better than I could have achieved.

But this wasn't a 'tour' in the usual sense as were were on our own and independent so could do as we pleased pretty much when we wanted. Having this personalized plan was great and without the effort of making the arrangements ourselves.

Go Real took our list of desired cities and created a detailed itinerary, including hotel reservations, guided tours and train travel between locations. Their level of planning allowed us to relax and enjoy ourselves. And their detailed itinerary with input on public transit, tipping and security was most helpful. Go Real Travel did an exceptional job of creating an itinerary for our 3 week holiday in Salzburg, Austria and France. They worked with us to develop an itinerary that would allow us to do what we wanted to do and not have some canned itinerary one might find elsewhere. The recommendations on things to do and see were excellent. The private tours arranged by Go Real Travel were great and all of the tour guides were fantastic. The accommodations arranged by Go Real Travel were also very good. Go Real Travel also arranged some of our transportation, which was very helpful (especially arranging private transportation from Charles De Gaulle airport in Paris to Bayeux, France!). We highly recommend Go Real Travel to help plan and execute a holiday one will remember!
