First Class customer service
This was my second purchase of Samsonite cases. When I received my second order there was an issue with the case, I contact the company by phone and spoke to I believe Liam?
Liam asked me to supply him some images and replied promptly with an apology.
Issue was resolved in a timely manner and I would definitely recommend Go Places to anyone interested in making a purchase.
Customer service aftercare is how companies should be measured and Go Places definitely achieved this 100%

Great customer service and efficient delivery.
I had some queries about a product which were dealt with professionally and efficiently. I ended up placing my order a little after the cut off for next day delivery and they still managed to despatch same day. Liam dealt with my query and also proactively updated me that they managed to get the shipment out, it was a nice personal touch. Would use 'Go Places' again in the future.
