Intentionally deceiving company. Bought this charger on eBay from GOOLOO directly. They sent the wrong model and told me they would send me the correct one after I returned the one I received. I returned it and emailed them multiple times - over a four week period. They intentionally ignored my messages and waited until I contacted eBay before (immediately) responding - instead of replacing the item as PROMISED, they sent a refund which was not the agreement... I actually turned down keeping the one I had, with a refunding me 50% (approx $35) to get the correct one I purchased -- BUT they LIED... I have the messages they sent me, if you'd like to see the type of business they are for yourself....

I purchased a jump starter Mdl. GP37-Plus some time ago. Upon 1st use the positive battery clamp broke. Under warranty the jump start cable unit was replaced. Upon trying to use it this past Saturday, I found the replacement was not applicable. The cable unit did not fit the battery pack. The starter unit is useless. Several emails later, I received no response from customer service. They refuse to stand by an improper warranty replacement that was shipped even after giving the model number. I tried contacting them directly but it is an international call; how successful might that be? The company will not stand behind their product; nor offer customer support. If this is customarily what customer service has become, they know what they can do with it. If i am to purchase another jump starter, it will certainly not be from Gooloo. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would indeed do so. I refuse to deal with Gooloo. Period

I can only write about my personal experience in the uk,and don't understand were all the negative reviews have come from.

Ordered jumpstart unit as my truck had a flat battery,unit turned up within 48 hours , quality brilliant,charged it,put it on truck battery first turn of the key boom engine fires right up,my personal experience is great website,quick delivery and a good life saving bit of kit,on my personal experience would recommend company and product in the UK

Bought 2 products on ca.gooloo.com. However, only a single product, cheaper product was delivered. Had to escalate to visa dispute who decided in favour of gooloo, even though I had photographic evidence from UPS that only a single product was delivered. Visa could not clearly see that a single small product was delivered. Could have checked box for size and weight. But were too lazy. Do not trust Gooloo and I hope they go out of business for their non-reputable business practices. Charge customer and do not send product.

This unit was not of usable value it will not work
Trying to get a replacement. Or refund is impossible the company will not answer e mails only a stock answer can’t get any response from them at all i certainly would not buy anything from them again
Unit was purchased on 25 January requested a return address but nothing from them

ABSOLUTE worst customer service. Called about a unit shutting down while trying to inflat a tire. they asked for a video of the unit not working, that was submitted. Told I would receive an email within 24-48 hours. 1 month later and 3 phone calls for escalation no response what-so-ever. Was told that my email could potentially be blocking their emails and there is nothing they can do about it. DO NOT BUY!

Terrible customer service. Have tried multiple times over the last week to contact gooloo about missing parts. Finally got response saying Sorry for the misunderstanding caused by the information on the website was wrong. They really don't care about their customers. Very disappointed

I have ordered GOOLOO GE1500 Jump Starter on the 15th of December and it was delivered on the 19th. I contacted them via email as I was considering cancelling the order. They replied promptly. My car battery was flat and I was able to jump start it. The only minus was that there was no extra packing. Just the original one. The item however arrived undamaged so all good.

I canceled my order right away and was still charged on my credit card, gooloo said that they were issuing me a refund but never got it, had to file a dispute with my credit card company it’s still ongoing. Bad business practices do not buy anything from these criminals.

Ordered GP 4000 on 12 Nov 2024.
No tracking nr provided or status of shipment after 2 weeks.
Tried several emails on contact@ “No Reply”.
Wrote another email from their canadian website contact/submissions tab “No Reply”.
Also called the 1-800 nr seweral times “No answer” (no available agents @ the queue in this moment)
It is becoming verry frustrating 😠

I bought a Gooloo product from Amazon a few years ago and was pleased with it.

This time, I tried buying directly from Gooloo, but they didn't ship my order and they they did't respond to my email.

I got ripped off by Gooloo.

I purchased this item 7 days ago and have tried multiple times to make enquiries about where my purchase is and when it will be delivered. Absolutely no response. Shocking customer service

Had the GE 2000 for over year and had to use it for the first time due to a power cut at home that lasted 36hrs
Came to charge the unit and all it does is flash and will not charge
Tried to resolve the problem but as I have had it over 12mths they are not interested waste of £60

Bought a GT3000 and used it twice over 26 months. We'd top up the charge every 3 months so that it was ready to go if the battery went flat.
The good part was, it worked. It started an audi Q7, which takes a bit of a kick. The problem is that it died last time we charged it - the screen flashes continuously with every character illuminated and there's no function.
I don't know if other brands are better, but this one doesn't look like it's made to last.
Contacting Customer service was no good - they just advised that it is faulty and needs replacing.

Poor customer service after my Gooloo GT3000 stopped working. I've owned two and both ended up with issues after the warranty so I would not recommend anyone buying the Gooloo brand boosters.

Great warranty period and no questions about replacement.
However using Amazon logistics is a disaster and they failed over and over again even after saying they had delivered.

I purchased a jump pack a short while ago , initially I was very pleased , great packaging nicely made solid unit , all the ancillaries provided are of high standard and overall it appears a first class unit for the money. However after two/three attempts to start a 1.0. litre diesel tractor it was discharged . It's supposed to be able to start up to a 6 litre diesel (😅 no chance) . I contacted customer services as the item is supposed to have an 18month warranty . The Agent couldn't deal as she was at a Dragon Boat race. When a few days later she got back to me she requested dates I bought it , where from and evidence of purchase , she also requested a short video of it being charged up , I did all this . Then she said because it was purchased on eBay I would have to go through them ( I suspect she knew the return date was passed) eBay aren't interested and neither it seems is Gooloo. Therefore the 18 month warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on .

It seems this is the only way to get a reply from Gooloo. Trying to contact you directly by the email address provided and not getting a reply. I was provided a StarTrak tracking number on 11/6/2024 and this number is still not available in the StarTrak system, so I am left wondering if I have been scammed or if it is just poor service. StarTrak advise me that this IS NOT a StarTrak number and they do not ship internationally either, so I will now be contacting PayPal to investigate. So that you can identify me a provide a direct response the order number you provided to me is is #AUGO6944. I hope the "AUG" does not refer to the expected deliver date because if so, this review is only just getting started.
