I placed order for taster pack never received at the same time inadvertently clicked on monthly order have contacted by email admin department no reply no goods but money taken from account

Delivery two days late, even though I bought £30 worth of goods which guaranteed one to 2 working days. No communication skills whatsoever are the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with will never buy from them again buyers buy your own peril.

I ordered 4 sample packs of items that I wished to try. 1 of the items received was incorrect(wrong item), Only 1 sample had a descriptive label, and the other 2 were so loosely packed that they were poorly presented, having got knocked about in transit. There was no communication from seller. 2 of the items were very tasty, but I will not be re-ordering.

Brilliant variety of products and first class excellent quality and flavour.
Have already ordered twice in a short space of time and will certainly be making regular orders.

The good was packed well and looks fresh.

Placed a order 2 days ago and no update on the order, I’ve also emailed them 3 times with no reply but have taken the money

This firm are disgusting as I ordered a few of there goodies and the instantly started sending 8 items a month and taking £18.99 from my account every month yet I have told them over and over I don't want them.as I don't eat what they send me out as I am not allowed chilli,sweet things.ect.they ignore me and are still taking my money.i don't know what to do about it don't get involved with them..

Except for the Popcorn, our order was fine, and of good quality.
BUT the Popcorn was alive with a type of fly, with its faeces, which you could visibly see moving around, the packet was completely sealed and unopened.
Have taken photos, and sent them to GoodFoodDelivered along with a message.
Disappointed that they only gave us a refund for the cost of the popcorn as a good will gesture. I do feel it should be taken seriously, with an explanation as to how this occurred.

All items was packaged well and all fresh… lovely pic and mix of nuts and chocolates etc will help me to get some good fats in my diet

Wrong order arrived, eventually after pushing to know what was going on I got my order only to find the coke was 7 months out of date!

Had an order delivered on the 11th October but 1 item was missing so I contacted them. Received a reply later the same day to say the item was out of stock and they would refund me for the missing items. It’s now the 8th November, and even after contacting them a number of times I’m still waiting for them to refund me the massive amount of £6.85. Am now going to open a case through PayPal and will buy my dried fruit & nuts elsewhere from now on.

An item I ordered was out of stock but the website didn't say so. They then sent an alternative with different ingredients in without contacting me to see if that was OK. I emailed them but instead of offering a refund they simply said that they were having supplier issues so picked something else to send. This was not a cheap item so maybe they should consider emailing their customers or updating their website better.

Lovely snacks will order again slow delivery by Royal Mail not the fault of good food delivered .

I am very pleased with my order, good quantity snacks, good quantity. Great variety, reasonable prices!

Received order last week and clearly a mouse or rat had got in the box, I messaged them straight away with pictures of half eaten food etc and not yet heard anything back

Nice tasty food, especially the dried mango and honey roasted nuts. The olives are also very good. Will definitely be ordering again at somepoint.

Quick delivery. Lovely products, well package and taste amazing.

Had to complain about a substantial part of the order that was not included but I was still charged full price. The got back to me asking for time to sort it out, but unless they have hundreds of employees, this is taking way too long. Will not use again. Items I tried were not tasty. Could be me, so I've not tried anymore. Waste of money.
