My order arrived rammed in a box too small that was battered abd torn, really poor quality and not fit to use. Items missing, bags of food open and everything else completely crushed.
Emailed countless times, they promised to pass on to the right department, which is clearly their email trash bin.
Absolutely thievery, dishonest, disgusting company.
Don't use these scam artists.
Two months and still got my money. Absolutely scum company.

Dried kiwi is described as 100% dried kiwi but the label on the packet has sugar as the 2nd ingredient. Not much flavour and the texture was unpleasant you were biting into grainy sugar, bought the larger packet 500g which was a waste of money as I probably won't eat them. Should have better description when buying if I'd have wanted crystallised fruit I'd have expected what I got but I didn't.
Also bought the papaya spears and what I got was tiny tasteless cubes similar to mixed peel again very sugary texture.
Ordered cashews, only opened one to try cos at the time all I could taste was sugar from the dried fruit, not sure what flavour they were, no label on the front had a syrupy coating over them I'd ordered salted caramel so not sure if that's what these were, didn't taste like any of the other flavours id ordered.
Also stated free delivery within UK for orders over £20 but this excluded NI as well as Scotland.. I know it's a while since I was at school but I know NI and Scotland are both part of the UK!

This company is a joke, they take your money, don't send any goods then send false tracking info for royal mail that leads nowhere. Over 2 weeks now with no goods and 1 response email saying dispatched but royal mail haven't received anything. Don't use!

Do not buy from this company quick to take your money but still no delivery

Will never buy again.
I like most products but if you actually weigh the products yourself at home they're usually less than what you paid for. I had an issue with an item and contacted (non existent) "customer service" via email twice and also through Facebook and just got ignored. Will never ever use them again because of this and I've placed multiple orders. Happy to take your money but if you have an issue, you're on your own.

Awful customer service. I agreed a collaboration with them through social cat and asked a few questions as I were new to it, they didn’t bother to reply and left me a negative 1* review. I can see I’m not the only one complaining about customer service here. Please do better.

Absolutely disgusting food and service. Will definitely be contacting my bank for a chargeback.
DO NOT USE!! paid extra for fast track delivery and didn’t receive my order until three days later. Dispite several emails they ignore me.

Received an order and it’s incorrect. I have sent 3 emails, 3 messages on their website and they are not even answering the messsges on Facebook.

Overall I do not think it’s a reputable company to purchase. Not sure how they got all these glowing reviews . All I want is for them to contact me to correct my order. But I guess that is not going to happen.

I really don’t know where these 4.8 reviews have come from because the customer service reviews should be zero!I used this website because of a friends recommendation, honestly won’t use them again like the review before me box was messy some items I didn’t order saying out of stock but still showing online in stock! No refund for the cheaper items and a packet bashed in. When I got in touch Alice did respond right away asking for proof which I supplied them it all went quiet, after reading on here it’s a common thing. I spent over £30 as well and was expecting express delivery which is still displayed on the website my order took a week to come. Disappointed is what I am so I will spend my hard earned cash else where!

Spent over 30 pounds on items, it was delivered with the box bashed in and on opening the box, the packets were not even sealed properly, open to the air and what ever grime got into the flimsy box and in to the unsealed food packages, I'm disgusted that food health and safety isn't administered within this company, I made a complaint and 8 days later still waiting on a resolution.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT DIRTY UNSEALED FOOD!!!!

Update!! - another month on and still no communication or refund despite several more messages.
I ordered an item in December ( 11 weeks ago) with a quick delivery promised. Nothing was delivered so chased it up and was then informed that the item was out of stock. No problem ( apart from the lack of communication). I have since requested my refund at least 6 times and have received nothing apart from two empty promises that the money is on it's way but nothing has been received. There is no phone number to use so I have to rely on messages. Very disappointed and I will never use them again.

Out of my parcel there was one damaged item and one incorrect item. I texted customer service and send photos as requested. Very poor customer service. Several weeks down the line and no resolution or refund. I’ve emailed several times and they have now stopped replying

An order I placed before Christmas did arrive on time but with items missing and swapped. Contacted customer services which has been no help at all, passed to the concern team but still no response after 2 months since delivery. Don't order from this company.

I ordered what was supposed to be a monthly subscription box of 16 items,for £30, therefore saving £10 each month apparently. I received 8 items, for £30! We're talking 6 cubes of Turkish delight as one of these items. I emailed to let them know they had sent the wrong box, to be told that it's correct, and no response since! This is absolutely ridiculous and I don't know what to do now.

If I could give no stars I would.! I haven’t received my refund after 5 weeks of trying. Even though I received an email to say it was being felt with. Now my emails are completely ignored.
This is an awful example of taking peoples hard earned money and not completing the transaction.

It seems a trend with previous reviews but I have been waiting over 2 weeks now for a refund as items from my order were missed, the emails are incredibly slow and need constant reminders to even get a response and when they do it is clear they haven't read the previous emails my review would be better but until this issue is resolved it will remain as such.

Placed an order for a type 1 juvenile insulin dependent diabetic some raw dried pineapple they sent sugar coated pineapple. I contacted to say they had sent the wrong items. To get an email to say they have supply issues and they change with the nearest thing. I told them the order was placed for said diabetic and sugar coated pineapple is completely different to organic dried pineapple and can be very dangerous for a type 1 diabetic. To then get the same email as before. Never again. Be careful if you have any food allergies or concerns because from the email I received they can and will just change items the do not have and will not refund or replace

The largest part of my order, peanut butter pretzels was left out of my order and now 2 months later I still haven't had a refund

Do not trust this company to act appropriately if they make an error with your order

BUYER BEWARE…THEY TOOK MY ORDER WHEN IT WASNT IN STOCK,IT, AFTER 3 WKS, AND MANY EMAILS THEY SAID NOT IN STOCK AND THEY WOULD REFUND ME…. IV SENT OVER 100 EMAILS, AND I STILL AWAIT THE REFUND.

SO NO GOODS & NO REFUND AND ITS ALMOST TWO MONTHS…. PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE YOU ORDER……

Awful Sevice advertising goods that they haven’t got in stock then sending u what they want to replace items u ordered. There Sevice is rubbish no email reply no nothing good thing I placed order with PayPal jus waiting on a refund witch does take long but can wait AVOID AT ALL COST NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL AN HAV NO CLUE ABOUT BISNISS
